توعد الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين اليوم (السبت) بفتح أبواب الجحيم على أوكرانيا جراء استهدافها للاقتصاد الروسي.
وقال بوتين في مقابلة مع صحيفة «فيستي»: «سعى نظام كييف إلى الإضرار باقتصادنا. ماذا فعل؟ لقد فتح على نفسه أبواب الجحيم، حسناً إذن، توقعوا رداً يستهدف أكثر قطاعاتكم الاقتصادية حساسية»، مضيفاً: «روسيا ردت بشن أشد الضربات مستهدفة الاقتصاد الأوكراني».
وأشار إلى أن الغارات التي عرضت صادرات أوكرانيا الزراعية للخطر لن تتسبب في نقص عالمي في الغذاء؛ لأن روسيا ستكون قادرة على تعويض الصادرات الأوكرانية، حتى في ظل استهداف كييف للبنية التحتية الروسية لصادرات الحبوب، مشدداً بالقول: «نواجه بالفعل تحديات تتعلق بشحن بضائعنا، لكننا سنحل هذه المشكلات، وبالتالي، لن يحدث نقص في السوق العالمية».
ولفت إلى أن الضربات الروسية على أوكرانيا كان لها أثر إيجابي قائلاً: «بالتأكيد، كان لهذه الضربات أثر إيجابي ومباشر على سير العمليات العسكرية من حيث تحقيق النتائج العسكرية».
وقال بوتين: «إجراءات الجيش الروسي أكثر حساسية وأكثر تدميراً»، مضيفاً: "رداً على هذا العمل الاستفزازي (هجمات القوات المسلحة الأوكرانية على أهداف مدنية في روسيا)، صعّدنا ضرباتنا على الشركات الصناعية العسكرية الأوكرانية، بما في ذلك في كييف، لقد بدأنا بالرد على أعمال العدو ضد منشآتنا الصناعية واللوجستية المدنية».
وأوضح أن روسيا سترد دائماً على أي هجوم على أراضيها، بما في ذلك الهجمات على المنشآت اللوجستية، مبيناً أن أوكرانيا حققت نتائج معاكسة تماماً لتوقعاتها عندما بدأت بشنّ ضربات صاروخية وطائرات مسيّرة على أهداف مدنية في روسيا.
وأشار إلى أن الضربات التي تشنها القوات الروسية على البنية التحتية الأوكرانية فعّالة وفي الوقت المناسب، ما يُساعد الجنود على إنجاز مهماتهم القتالية لأنها تُعطّل وصول المعدات والذخيرة، وتُعيق تناوب الأفراد على طول خط التماس.
Russian President Vladimir Putin vowed today (Saturday) to unleash hell on Ukraine due to its targeting of the Russian economy.
Putin said in an interview with the newspaper "Vesti": "The Kyiv regime has sought to harm our economy. What has it done? It has opened the gates of hell upon itself, well then, expect a response targeting your most sensitive economic sectors," adding: "Russia has responded by launching the most severe strikes targeting the Ukrainian economy."
He pointed out that the airstrikes that jeopardized Ukraine's agricultural exports would not cause a global food shortage; because Russia would be able to compensate for Ukrainian exports, even amid Kyiv's targeting of Russian grain export infrastructure, emphasizing: "We are already facing challenges related to shipping our goods, but we will solve these problems, and thus, there will be no shortage in the global market."
He noted that the Russian strikes on Ukraine had a positive effect, saying: "Certainly, these strikes had a positive and direct impact on the course of military operations in terms of achieving military results."
Putin stated: "The actions of the Russian army are more sensitive and more destructive," adding: "In response to this provocative act (attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces on civilian targets in Russia), we have intensified our strikes on Ukrainian military industrial companies, including in Kyiv. We have started to respond to the enemy's actions against our industrial and civilian logistical facilities."
He clarified that Russia will always respond to any attack on its territory, including attacks on logistical facilities, indicating that Ukraine achieved results completely contrary to its expectations when it began launching missile and drone strikes on civilian targets in Russia.
He pointed out that the strikes carried out by Russian forces on Ukrainian infrastructure are effective and timely, which helps soldiers accomplish their combat missions as they disrupt the access of equipment and ammunition, and hinder the rotation of personnel along the contact line.
