توعدت شرطة ساحل حضرموت اليوم (الخميس) مرتكبي جريمة اغتيال مراسل قناتي العربية والحدث محمد عيضة بمدينة المكلا أمس، بـ«العقاب»، مؤكدة أن مرتكبي هذا العمل الإجرامي لن يفلتوا، وأن كافة الإمكانات الأمنية والفنية والعسكرية مسخرة للوصول إليهم وكشف الجهات التي تقف وراءهم.
وأعلنت شرطة حضرموت، بدء تحقيقات واسعة ومكثفة عبر أجهزتها المختصة، في حادثة الاستهداف الإجرامي الغادر، معربة عن بالغ إدانتها واستنكارها لهذه الجريمة الآثمة.
وكشف البيان عن النتائج الأولية والمعاينات الفنية التي أجرتها الفرق الأمنية المختصة (فريق جمع الأدلة بالبحث الجنائي والأدلة الجنائية)، بمشاركة خبراء المتفجرات والفرق الفنية التابعة لقيادة المنطقة العسكرية الثانية، موضحة أنه تبين أن الانفجار نجم عن عبوة ناسفة محلية الصنع، جرى زرعها أسفل المقعد الأمامي الخاص بسائق المركبة، وتم تفجيرها «عن بُعد» أثناء تواجد المجني عليه بداخلها.
وأشار البيان إلى أن أعمال الفحص الميداني ورفع الأدلة الجنائية أسفرت عن جمع عدد من القرائن والأدلة الفنية المهمة، التي يجري تحليلها حالياً لاستكمال التحقيقات، وتحديد هوية الجناة والمتورطين في التخطيط والتنفيذ لهذه الجريمة الإرهابية وضبطهم.
وأكدت الأجهزة الأمنية أن التحقيقات مستمرة بوتيرة عالية، وأن كافة الإمكانات الأمنية والفنية والعسكرية مسخرة للوصول إلى الجناة وكشف الجهات التي تقف وراءهم، مشددة على أن هذه الجريمة تمثل اعتداءً خطيراً على أمن واستقرار المجتمع، وأن الأجهزة الأمنية والعسكرية تعمل بصورة تكاملية ومستمرة لتتبع خيوط القضية ولن تتهاون في ملاحقة المتورطين.
وأهابت الإدارة العامة للأمن والشرطة بوسائل الإعلام والمواطنين ورواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ضرورة تحري الدقة والمسؤولية الوطنية، وعدم تداول الشائعات أو المعلومات غير المؤكدة التي قد تؤثر سلباً على سير التحقيقات، مؤكدة أن أي مستجدات رسمية سيتم الإعلان عنها عبر القنوات الرسمية المعتمدة، وأنها ملتزمة بالكامل بحفظ الأمن والاستقرار وحماية المواطنين وترسيخ سيادة القانون.
The Hadhramaut Coast Police vowed today (Thursday) to punish those responsible for the assassination of the correspondent for Al Arabiya and Al Hadath, Mohammed Aida, in the city of Mukalla yesterday, stating that the perpetrators of this criminal act will not escape justice, and that all security, technical, and military resources are being mobilized to reach them and uncover the parties behind them.
The Hadhramaut Police announced the initiation of extensive and intensive investigations through its specialized agencies into the treacherous criminal targeting incident, expressing its strong condemnation and denunciation of this heinous crime.
The statement revealed the preliminary results and technical examinations conducted by the specialized security teams (the evidence collection team from the criminal investigation and forensic evidence), with the participation of explosives experts and technical teams from the Second Military Region, indicating that it was found that the explosion resulted from a locally made explosive device, which was planted under the front seat of the vehicle's driver and detonated "remotely" while the victim was inside.
The statement pointed out that the field examination and collection of forensic evidence resulted in the gathering of several important clues and technical evidence, which are currently being analyzed to complete the investigations and identify the perpetrators and those involved in planning and executing this terrorist crime and to apprehend them.
The security agencies confirmed that investigations are ongoing at a high pace, and that all security, technical, and military resources are being dedicated to reaching the perpetrators and uncovering the parties behind them, emphasizing that this crime represents a serious assault on the security and stability of society, and that the security and military agencies are working in a complementary and continuous manner to trace the threads of the case and will not relent in pursuing those involved.
The General Administration of Security and Police urged the media, citizens, and social media users to exercise accuracy and national responsibility, and not to circulate rumors or unverified information that may negatively affect the course of the investigations, affirming that any official updates will be announced through the approved official channels, and that it is fully committed to maintaining security and stability, protecting citizens, and upholding the rule of law.
