أعرب وزير الخارجية الباكستاني إسحاق دار عن أمله أن تمضي المحادثات بين واشنطن وطهران بإيجابية، متوقعاً أن يكون القادم أصعب في مسار المحادثات بين الجانبين. وشدد دار على أن الحرب بالشرق الأوسط تؤثر على العالم بأسره، مضيفاً: «نريد منع تفاقمها، ونثق في توصل أمريكا وإيران إلى اتفاق نهائي».
اتفاق نهائي في صالح الجميع
واعتبر أن توصل البلدين لاتفاق نهائي سيكون في صالح الجميع، رافضاً التشكيك في نياتهما. وأكد نجاح بلاده في إقناع أمريكا وإيران بالحوار والتوصل لوقف إطلاق النار لمدة 60 يوماً. وأشار دار في مقابلة مع قناتي «العربية» و«الحدث»، اليوم (الأحد)، إلى نجاح باكستان في عقد اجتماع بين أمريكا وإيران لأول مرة منذ 47 عاماً، مضيفاً أن الوساطة الباكستانية «كانت نشطة منذ اليوم الأول».
وأضاف: «عملنا مع الشركاء والحلفاء لإنجاح الوساطة»، مؤكداً أن «الحرب بين أمريكا وإيران كانت مروعة وآثارها سلبية على الاقتصاد».
وتحدث عن وجود 3 فرق فنية تشارك في المفاوضات، لافتاً إلى أن اللجان الفنية تناقش الملف النووي، والأموال المجمدة، ولبنان.
السفن تبحر حالياً في «هرمز»
وشدد على أن الوضع في مضيق هرمز يجب أن يعود لما كان عليه قبل الحرب، موضحاً أنه خلال فترة الـ60 يوماً لن تُفرض أي رسوم عبور بمضيق هرمز. وأكد أنه لن يتم منع السفن من العبور بمضيق هرمز خلال فترة الـ60 يوماً. وأفاد بأن «الصين تؤيد حرية العبور في مضيق هرمز في الاتجاهين بلا رسوم». وأوضح أن السفن تبحر حالياً في الاتجاهين بمضيق هرمز، ولن تكون هناك رسوم سواء «عبور» أو «خدمات».
وأكد دار أن بلاده ستواصل الوساطة وتتمسك بالأمل بالرغم من الذين يريدون إفساد الاتفاق، واصفاً هجمات إسرائيل في لبنان بـ«الاستفزازية» التي يجب أن تتوقف.
وكشف وزير الخارجية الباكستاني أنه اتفق مع وزراء خارجية السعودية ومصر وتركيا على إحياء قضية غزة.
اتفاق على خفض نسبة التخصيب
وفي ما يخص الملف النووي الإيراني، قال إن «أمريكا طلبت نقل مخزون إيران»، كاشفاً أنه تم الاتفاق على خفض نسبة تخصيب مخزون إيران النووي، موضحاً أن ذلك المخزون الإيراني «لا يزال مدفوناً تحت الأرض». وأفصح أن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب كان يشرف على المحادثات بنفسه، معتبراً أن واشنطن وطهران توصلتا إلى نتيجة بأن الدبلوماسية هي الحل،
وأكد أنه «لا يوجد أي شيء سلبي في مذكرة التفاهم»، مشيرا إلى أن «ملف العقوبات على إيران ستتم مناقشته بشكل ثنائي مع أمريكا».
السعودية دعمت جهود الوساطة
وقال: «السعودية وقطر ومصر والإمارات دعمت جهود الوساطة، ونطلع باستمرار السعودية وقطر ومصر والحلفاء على نتائج المباحثات». واعتبر أن «الأمور تقدمت كثيراً بين واشنطن وطهران»، مؤكداً أن «إيران عبرت عن رضاها وموافقتها على خفض نسبة تخصيب مخزونها». وتوقع أنه «مع التحلي بالصبر قليلاً سنصل إلى نتائج مرضية لأمريكا وإيران».
وأوضح أنه «تم الاتفاق على توقيع مذكرة التفاهم عن بُعد لتسريع تنفيذها»، مؤكداً عدم وجود أي ضرر في ذلك. وأكد أن كل ما تم الاتفاق عليه بين أمريكا وإيران موجود بمذكرة التفاهم.
The Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar expressed his hope that the talks between Washington and Tehran would proceed positively, expecting that what lies ahead will be more difficult in the negotiation process between the two sides. Dar emphasized that the war in the Middle East affects the entire world, adding, "We want to prevent its escalation, and we trust that America and Iran will reach a final agreement."
A Final Agreement in Favor of Everyone
He considered that reaching a final agreement between the two countries would be in everyone's interest, rejecting any doubts about their intentions. He confirmed his country's success in convincing America and Iran to engage in dialogue and reach a ceasefire for 60 days. Dar mentioned in an interview with Al Arabiya and Al Hadath channels today (Sunday) that Pakistan successfully held a meeting between America and Iran for the first time in 47 years, adding that the Pakistani mediation "has been active since day one."
He added, "We worked with partners and allies to ensure the success of the mediation," emphasizing that "the war between America and Iran was horrific and its effects were negative on the economy."
He spoke about the presence of three technical teams participating in the negotiations, noting that the technical committees are discussing the nuclear file, frozen funds, and Lebanon.
Ships Currently Sailing in the Hormuz
He stressed that the situation in the Strait of Hormuz should return to what it was before the war, explaining that during the 60-day period, no transit fees will be imposed in the Strait of Hormuz. He confirmed that ships will not be prevented from passing through the Strait of Hormuz during the 60-day period. He stated that "China supports freedom of passage in the Strait of Hormuz in both directions without fees." He clarified that ships are currently sailing in both directions in the Strait of Hormuz, and there will be no fees for either "transit" or "services."
Dar confirmed that his country will continue the mediation and hold on to hope despite those who want to sabotage the agreement, describing Israel's attacks in Lebanon as "provocative" and that they must stop.
The Pakistani Foreign Minister revealed that he agreed with the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Turkey to revive the Gaza issue.
Agreement on Reducing Enrichment Levels
Regarding the Iranian nuclear file, he said, "America requested the transfer of Iran's stockpile," revealing that an agreement was reached to reduce the enrichment levels of Iran's nuclear stockpile, explaining that this Iranian stockpile "is still buried underground." He disclosed that President Donald Trump was personally overseeing the talks, considering that Washington and Tehran have reached the conclusion that diplomacy is the solution.
He confirmed that "there is nothing negative in the memorandum of understanding," pointing out that "the sanctions file on Iran will be discussed bilaterally with America."
Saudi Arabia Supported Mediation Efforts
He said, "Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, and the UAE supported the mediation efforts, and we continuously update Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, and our allies on the results of the discussions." He considered that "things have progressed significantly between Washington and Tehran," confirming that "Iran expressed its satisfaction and agreement to reduce the enrichment levels of its stockpile." He anticipated that "with a little patience, we will reach satisfactory results for America and Iran."
He clarified that "it was agreed to sign the memorandum of understanding remotely to expedite its implementation," confirming that there is no harm in that. He affirmed that everything agreed upon between America and Iran is included in the memorandum of understanding.
