كشفت وسائل إعلام غربية اليوم (الأحد) رفض إيران تسليم مخزونها من اليورانيوم عالي التخصيب.
ونقلت وكالة «رويترز» عن مصدر إيراني قوله إن طهران لم توافق على تسليم مخزونها من اليورانيوم عالي التخصيب، موضحاً أن الملف النووي الإيراني ليس جزءا من الاتفاق التمهيدي.
بدورها، قالت وكالة «تسنيم» الإيرانية شبه الرسمية للأنباء، إن مذكرة تفاهم مقترحة بين إيران والولايات المتحدة تنص على أن عدد السفن القادرة على عبور مضيق هرمز سيعود إلى مستواه قبل الحرب في غضون 30 يوماً، موضحة أنه يجب رفع الحصار البحري بالكامل خلال 30 يوماً، والإفراج عن جزء من أموال إيران المجمدة في المرحلة الأولى.
وأوضحت الوكالة أن إيران لم تقبل بعد أي إجراءات بشأن برنامجها النووي، لافتة إلى أن الاتفاق المحتمل يخصص فترة مدتها 30 يوماً للإجراءات المتعلقة بمضيق هرمز وفترة مدتها 60 يوماً للمحادثات النووية.
وأشارت الوكالة إلى أن مذكرة التفاهم تنص أيضاً على إنهاء الحرب على جميع الجبهات، مع رفع واشنطن العقوبات عن النفط الإيراني خلال المفاوضات، مبينة أن مسودة مذكرة التفاهم شددت على أن واشنطن وحلفاءها لن يهاجموا طهران ولا حلفاءها، في المقابل تتعهد إيران بعدم شن أي هجوم عسكري استباقي على أمريكا وحلفائها.
من جهة أخرى، أعرب رئيس الوزراء الباكستاني محمد شهباز شريف اليوم (الأحد) عن أمله باستضافة بلاده جولة مفاوضات أمريكية إيرانية قادمة.
وأكد شريف أن إسلام آباد ستواصل جهودها السلمية «بكل إخلاص»، موضحاً أن المناقشات التي أجراها الرئيس الأمريكي دنالد ترمب مع قادة المنطقة قدمت فرصة مفيدة لتبادل الآراء حول الوضع الإقليمي الحالي وكيفية دفع جهود السلام الجارية إلى الأمام لإحلال سلام دائم في المنطقة.

في المقابل، قالت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية إن رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو تحدث مع الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بخصوص الاتفاق مع إيران، مضيفة أنه سيعقد اجتماعا لمجلس الوزراء المصغر مساء اليوم (الأحد).

The Reuters agency quoted an Iranian source stating that Tehran has not agreed to deliver its stockpile of highly enriched uranium, clarifying that the Iranian nuclear file is not part of the preliminary agreement.
For its part, the semi-official Iranian news agency "Tasnim" reported that a proposed memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States stipulates that the number of ships capable of crossing the Strait of Hormuz will return to its pre-war level within 30 days, explaining that the maritime blockade must be completely lifted within 30 days, and part of Iran's frozen funds should be released in the first phase.
The agency clarified that Iran has not yet accepted any measures regarding its nuclear program, noting that the potential agreement allocates a period of 30 days for measures related to the Strait of Hormuz and a period of 60 days for nuclear talks.
The agency pointed out that the memorandum of understanding also stipulates the end of the war on all fronts, with Washington lifting sanctions on Iranian oil during the negotiations, indicating that the draft memorandum emphasized that Washington and its allies would not attack Tehran or its allies, in return for Iran's commitment not to launch any preemptive military attack on the U.S. and its allies.
On another note, Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif expressed today (Sunday) his hope for his country to host an upcoming round of U.S.-Iranian negotiations.
Sharif confirmed that Islamabad will continue its peaceful efforts "with all sincerity," explaining that discussions held by U.S. President Donald Trump with regional leaders provided a useful opportunity to exchange views on the current regional situation and how to advance ongoing peace efforts to achieve lasting peace in the region.
