رفض الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب اليوم (الأحد) الرد الإيراني على مقترحات الولايات المتحدة بخصوص السلام ووقف الحرب وتفكيك المفاعلات النووية وتسليم اليورانيوم.
وكتب تركب على حسابه في منصة «تروث سوشال»: لقد قرأت للتو رد ما يُسمّى بـ«ممثلي» إيران، لم يعجبني إطلاقاً وهو غير مقبول تماماً!
وأرسلت إيران رسمياً رداً من عدة صفحات على أحدث المقترحات الأمريكية لإنهاء الحرب، عرضت فيه مطالبها الخاصة بالتفصيل، مع إبقاء فجوات قائمة بين الجانبين، وبحسب صحيفة «وول ستريت جورنال» فإن الرد الإيراني الأخير «لا يحل مطلب الولايات المتحدة بالحصول مسبقاً على التزامات بشأن مصير البرنامج النووي الإيراني ومخزونها من اليورانيوم عالي التخصيب».
ونقلت الصحيفة عن مصادر مطلعة قولها إن طهران اقترحت بدلاً من ذلك «إنهاء القتال وإعادة فتح مضيق هرمز تدريجياً أمام حركة الملاحة التجارية، مقابل رفع الولايات المتحدة حصارها على السفن والموانئ الإيرانية»، مبينة أن الرد الإيراني ينص على أن «القضايا النووية سيتم التفاوض بشأنها خلال الـ30 يوماً القادمة».
وأشارت المصادر إلى أن رد إيران يتضمن اقتراحاً بتخفيف تخصيب جزء من مخزونها من اليورانيوم عالي التخصيب، ونقل الجزء المتبقي إلى دولة ثالثة، لافتة إلى أن إيران دعت إلى ضمانات بإعادة اليورانيوم المنقول خارج البلاد، إذا فشلت المفاوضات أو إذا انسحبت الولايات المتحدة من الاتفاق في مرحلة لاحقة.
وقالت المصادر إن إيران أبدت استعدادها لتعليق تخصيب اليورانيوم، لكن لفترة أقصر من الوقف الممتد لـ20 عاماً الذي اقترحته الولايات المتحدة، وإنها رفضت تفكيك منشآتها النووية.
وأفادت مصادر أمريكية بأن المقترح لم يورد تفكيك المنشآت النووية بإيران لكنه شدد على إخضاعها لمراقبة الطاقة الدولية، مشيرة إلى أن نقل اليورانيوم الإيراني إلى دولة غير أمريكا واردة بنسبة عالية لكنه يحتاج إلى وقت وإجراءات لبناء الثقة.
وكان مسؤول إيراني قد كشف عن ملامح الرد الذي سلمته طهران اليوم عبر الوسيط الباكستاني إلى الولايات المتحدة.
وقال مصدر إيراني مسؤول في تصريحات صحفية إن رد طهران على المقترحات الأمريكية جاء بصيغة واقعية وإيجابية، وركز على إنهاء الحرب في كل المنطقة خصوصاً لبنان، وتسوية الخلافات مع واشنطن.
وأشار إلى أن الرد يشمل التفاوض بشأن مضيق هرمز والبرنامج النووي ورفع كامل للعقوبات، مبيناً أن طهران طالبت بضمانات دولية واضحة وآلية مضمونة بشأن رفع أشكال العقوبات كافة وتنفيذ أي اتفاق قد يُبرم مع واشنطن.
واعتبر المصدر أن تعامل واشنطن مع رد طهران بإيجابية سيدفع بالمفاوضات قدماً وبسرعة، مبيناً أن الخيار الآن بيد واشنطن والتزامها بالواقعية السياسية سيكون حاسماً.
U.S. President Donald Trump today (Sunday) rejected Iran's response to the United States' proposals regarding peace, ending the war, dismantling nuclear reactors, and delivering uranium.
He wrote on his account on the platform "Truth Social": I just read the response from the so-called "representatives" of Iran, and I did not like it at all; it is completely unacceptable!
Iran officially sent a multi-page response to the latest U.S. proposals to end the war, detailing its own demands while leaving gaps between the two sides. According to the Wall Street Journal, the latest Iranian response "does not address the U.S. demand for prior commitments regarding the fate of the Iranian nuclear program and its stockpile of highly enriched uranium."
The newspaper quoted informed sources as saying that Tehran instead proposed "to end the fighting and gradually reopen the Strait of Hormuz to commercial shipping in exchange for the U.S. lifting its blockade on Iranian ships and ports," indicating that the Iranian response states that "nuclear issues will be negotiated over the next 30 days."
The sources noted that Iran's response includes a proposal to reduce the enrichment of part of its stockpile of highly enriched uranium and transfer the remaining portion to a third country, pointing out that Iran called for guarantees regarding the return of the uranium transferred abroad if negotiations fail or if the U.S. withdraws from the agreement at a later stage.
The sources said that Iran expressed its willingness to suspend uranium enrichment, but for a shorter period than the 20-year halt proposed by the United States, and that it rejected dismantling its nuclear facilities.
U.S. sources reported that the proposal did not mention dismantling Iran's nuclear facilities but emphasized subjecting them to international energy monitoring, noting that transferring Iranian uranium to a country other than the U.S. is highly likely but requires time and procedures to build trust.
An Iranian official revealed the outlines of the response that Tehran delivered today through a Pakistani intermediary to the United States.
An Iranian official source stated in press remarks that Tehran's response to the U.S. proposals was presented in a realistic and positive manner, focusing on ending the war in the entire region, especially in Lebanon, and settling disputes with Washington.
He indicated that the response includes negotiations regarding the Strait of Hormuz, the nuclear program, and a complete lifting of sanctions, stating that Tehran demanded clear international guarantees and a guaranteed mechanism regarding the lifting of all forms of sanctions and the implementation of any agreement that may be reached with Washington.
The source considered that Washington's positive handling of Tehran's response would advance negotiations quickly, indicating that the choice is now in Washington's hands and its commitment to political realism will be decisive.
