وصل وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي، مساء الجمعة، إلى العاصمة الباكستانية إسلام آباد، في زيارة تحمل طابعاً تفاوضياً لبحث استئناف مفاوضات وقف إطلاق النار، في ظل تصاعد التوترات الإقليمية.
اجتماعات رفيعة في إسلام آباد
أفادت وزارة الخارجية الباكستانية أن عراقجي سيعقد سلسلة لقاءات مع مسؤولين باكستانيين كبار، لبحث آخر التطورات في المنطقة، ومناقشة الجهود المبذولة لإحلال السلام وتعزيز الاستقرار، في توقيت يشهد حراكاً دبلوماسياً مكثفاً.
جولة إقليمية متعددة المحطات
وبحسب وكالة الأنباء الإيرانية الرسمية (إرنا)، فإن زيارة عراقجي إلى إسلام آباد تأتي ضمن جولة إقليمية أوسع، تشمل كلاً من مسقط وموسكو، في مسعى لتنسيق المواقف وحشد الدعم لخفض التصعيد.
ملف الحرب على الطاولة
أكدت طهران أن المحادثات ستركز على تطورات الحرب مع الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل، إلى جانب استعراض السيناريوهات المحتملة لوقف إطلاق النار، وفتح قنوات تفاوض جديدة قد تمهد لاتفاق أوسع.
مشاورات لاحتواء التصعيد
وأوضحت المصادر الإيرانية أن الهدف من الجولة يتمثل في إجراء مشاورات ثنائية معمقة، وبحث سبل احتواء الأزمة الراهنة، في ظل مؤشرات متزايدة على تحركات دولية لإعادة إطلاق مسار التفاوض.
The Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in the Pakistani capital Islamabad on Friday evening, on a visit that has a negotiating character to discuss the resumption of ceasefire negotiations amid rising regional tensions.
High-Level Meetings in Islamabad
The Pakistani Foreign Ministry reported that Araghchi will hold a series of meetings with senior Pakistani officials to discuss the latest developments in the region and to talk about efforts to achieve peace and enhance stability, at a time marked by intense diplomatic activity.
Multi-Stop Regional Tour
According to the official Iranian news agency (IRNA), Araghchi's visit to Islamabad is part of a broader regional tour that includes Muscat and Moscow, in an effort to coordinate positions and rally support for de-escalation.
The war file on the table
Tehran confirmed that the talks will focus on developments in the war with the United States and Israel, as well as reviewing potential scenarios for a ceasefire and opening new negotiation channels that may pave the way for a broader agreement.
Consultations to Contain Escalation
Iranian sources clarified that the goal of the tour is to conduct in-depth bilateral consultations and discuss ways to contain the current crisis, amid increasing signs of international moves to revive the negotiation process.
