وكان وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي قد أكد أن مضيق هرمز مفتوح بالكامل طوال الفترة المتبقية من وقف إطلاق النار، مشيرًا إلى أن القرار يشمل جميع السفن التجارية دون استثناء، ويتماشى مع التهدئة المرتبطة بوقف إطلاق النار في لبنان.
وفي السياق ذاته، كتب ترمب عبر منصة «تروث سوشيال»: «أعلنت إيران للتو أن مضيق هرمز مفتوح بالكامل وجاهز للمرور الكامل.. شكرًا لكم!»، في رسالة تعكس ارتياحًا أمريكيًا لتراجع أحد أبرز أدوات الضغط الإيرانية.
بين التهدئة والاتفاق
أعرب ترمب عن ثقته في إمكانية التوصل قريبًا إلى اتفاق ينهي الحرب مع إيران، مشيرًا إلى أن وقف إطلاق النار، الذي ينتهي الأسبوع المقبل، قد لا يحتاج إلى تمديد في ظل رغبة طهران في الوصول إلى تسوية.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi confirmed that the Strait of Hormuz is fully open for the remainder of the ceasefire period, noting that the decision includes all commercial ships without exception, and aligns with the de-escalation associated with the ceasefire in Lebanon.
In the same context, Trump wrote on the "Truth Social" platform: "Iran just announced that the Strait of Hormuz is fully open and ready for full passage.. Thank you!" in a message reflecting American relief at the retreat of one of the most prominent Iranian pressure tools.
