فيما يخيم الهدوء الحذر على الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، تواصل إسرائيل قصف بلدات جنوب لبنان، عقب تهديدات باستهداف الأحياء.

أحياء الضاحية الجنوبية تترقب
وفي ظل استمرار الغارات على مناطق عدة في الجنوب، تترقب أحياء الضاحية تنفيذ تهديدات الجيش الإسرائيلي، بعدما وجّه إنذارات لسكان عدد من المناطق بضرورة الإخلاء.
وينتظر لبنان الرسمي تلقي رسالة من الجانب الأمريكي بشأن موقف إسرائيل من الانخراط في مفاوضات مباشرة، بعد إعلان رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو توجيهاته للحكومة لبدء مفاوضات مع لبنان في أقرب وقت ممكن.
ميدانياً، استهدفت مسيّرة إسرائيلية دراجة نارية ببلدة البابلية في صيدا جنوبي لبنان بعد منتصف الليل، وشنّت مسيّرة غارتين على خربة الدوير. وأغار الطيران الإسرائيلي فجراً على بلدة الصرفند بغارتين، وفق الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام.
ونفذ الطيران الإسرائيلي غارة على بلدة حبوش، وأخرى على المنطقة الواقعة بين زفتا والمروانية، ودُمّر منزل في بلدة كفرتبنيت (قضاء النبطية) جراء غارة جوية، إضافة إلى غارة استهدفت المنطقة بين المحمودية والجرمق في قضاء جزين.
إنذارات إسرائيلية بالإخلاء
وكان الجيش الإسرائيلي وجّه إنذارات لسكان الضاحية الجنوبية بالإخلاء تمهيداً لاستهداف عدد من الأحياء، بينها حارة حريك، الغبيري، الليلكي، الحدث، برج البراجنة، تحويطة الغدير، الشياح ومنطقة الجناح.
وتُعد هذه المرة الأولى التي يشمل فيها التحذير منطقة الجناح، التي تتبع إدارياً لبلدية الغبيري، رغم تعرضها سابقاً لغارات من دون إنذارات مسبقة.
من جانبه، أعلن «حزب الله» في بيانات متتالية استهداف عدد من المواقع الإسرائيلية، بينها مستوطنات المالكية ومسكاف عام والمطلة بهجمات صاروخية، إضافة إلى استهداف جرافة عسكرية إسرائيلية من نوع D9 في بلدة رشاف بصاروخ موجه، معلناً تحقيق إصابة مباشرة.
ولفت إلى قصف تجمعات للجيش الإسرائيلي في بلدتي شمع ورشاف وعلى طريق رشاف صربين بالمدفعية والصواريخ.
بانتظار الرد من الجانب الأمريكي
وأفادت مصادر لبنانية بأن الرئيس جوزاف عون، لم يتلق أي جواب أو رسالة من الجانب الأمريكي عن قبول الجانب الإسرائيلي بالتفاوض المباشر، ومطالب بيروت بوقف لإطلاق النار قبل انطلاق المفاوضات.
وأضافت أن لبنان ينتظر، وكشفت أنه لم يتحدد بعد «لا مكان ولا زمان المفاوضات، أو أسماء الوفد المفاوض، بانتظار أن يتبلّغ رسمياً بهذه التفاصيل».
وأوضحت المصادر أن السفير السابق سيمون كرم الذي كان يرأس وفد لبنان إلى لجنة الميكانيزم، هو من سيترأس الوفد مبدئياً، لكن أسماء الأعضاء لم تُحدد.
وحسب المصادر، فإن الرئيس اللبناني كان واضحاً في مجلس الوزراء، فهو يريد التفاوض بالآلية نفسها التي اعتمدت من قبل باكستان في مقترح المفاوضات بين أمريكا وإيران أي وقف لإطلاق النار، ومن بعدها تنطلق المفاوضات.

The neighborhoods of the southern suburbs are on alert
In light of the ongoing airstrikes on several areas in the south, the neighborhoods of the southern suburbs are anticipating the implementation of the Israeli army's threats, after warnings were issued to residents of several areas to evacuate.
The official Lebanese government is waiting to receive a message from the American side regarding Israel's position on engaging in direct negotiations, following Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's announcement of his directives to the government to begin negotiations with Lebanon as soon as possible.
On the ground, an Israeli drone targeted a motorcycle in the town of Al-Babliyah in Sidon, southern Lebanon, after midnight, and a drone carried out two airstrikes on Kherbet al-Dweir. The Israeli air force also bombed the town of Sarafand with two airstrikes at dawn, according to the National News Agency.
The Israeli air force conducted an airstrike on the town of Haboush, and another on the area between Zefta and Marwaniyah, and a house was destroyed in the town of Kfar Tebnit (Nabatieh District) due to an airstrike, in addition to an airstrike targeting the area between Mahmoudiyah and Jarmuq in the Jezzine District.
Israeli evacuation warnings
The Israeli army issued evacuation warnings to residents of the southern suburbs in preparation for targeting several neighborhoods, including Haret Hreik, Ghobeiri, Lilaki, Hadath, Burj al-Barajneh, Tuhaita al-Ghadir, Shiyah, and the Jnah area.
This is the first time that the warning includes the Jnah area, which is administratively part of the Ghobeiri municipality, despite having previously been subjected to airstrikes without prior warnings.
For its part, Hezbollah announced in successive statements that it targeted several Israeli sites, including the settlements of Malakiyeh, Maskaf Am, and Moutala with missile attacks, in addition to targeting an Israeli military bulldozer of the D9 type in the town of Rachaf with a guided missile, announcing a direct hit.
It noted that it shelled gatherings of the Israeli army in the towns of Shama and Rachaf and on the road between Rachaf and Sarbin with artillery and rockets.
Awaiting a response from the American side
Lebanese sources reported that President Joseph Aoun has not received any response or message from the American side regarding the Israeli side's acceptance of direct negotiations, and Beirut's demands for a ceasefire before the negotiations commence.
They added that Lebanon is waiting, revealing that "neither the place nor the time of the negotiations, nor the names of the negotiating delegation have been determined yet, pending official notification of these details."
The sources clarified that former ambassador Simon Karam, who headed Lebanon's delegation to the mechanism committee, will initially lead the delegation, but the names of the members have not been specified.
According to the sources, the Lebanese president was clear in the Cabinet; he wants to negotiate using the same mechanism previously adopted by Pakistan in the proposed negotiations between the U.S. and Iran, which is a ceasefire, followed by the commencement of negotiations.
