كشفت مصادر أمنية في محافظة حضرموت لـ«عكاظ»، عن واحدة من أخطر شبكات الانتهاكات التي شهدتها المحافظة خلال السنوات الماضية، مرتبطة بقيادات أمنية موالية لأبوظبي، في وقت تزامنت فيه هذه الإفادات مع كشف رسمي من داخل مطار الريان عن وجود مواقع احتجاز سرية تحت الأرض لم يُكشف عنها إلا بعد إخلاء المطار.

وأكد مصدر أمني أن تلك الممارسات شملت تعذيب مختطفين وإخفاء قسري خارج إطار القانون، فيما أوضح مسؤول أمني في مطار الريان أن عمليات التفتيش أظهرت أدلة مادية ووثائق وصور تثبت وجود سجون سرية عميقة، ما يعزز خطورة ما تعرض له ضحايا تلك المرحلة.

وأفصح مصدر أمني في محافظة حضرموت لـ«عكاظ»، عن طبيعة الجرائم التي كان يرتكبها أبو علي الحضرمي المعيّن من أبوظبي قائداً لقوات الحزام الأمني في محافظة حضرموت والشخصيات المتورطة في تعذيب المختطفين الذين لايزال بعضهم مخفياً داخل السجون.

وقال المصدر إن إدارة «قوات الدعم الأمني» التي كانت تابعة لما يسمى بـ«الانتقالي» بقيادة الفارّ أبو علي الحضرمي، تدير شبكة من السجون السرية بعيداً عن رقابة القضاء والقانون، بعضها في منطقة «الضبة» بساحل حضرموت، مؤكداً أن التعذيب كان يجري بتوجيه من أطراف خارجية.
ولفت المصدر إلى أن سجن الضبة الذي يقع في معسكر الضبة بجوار الشركة، وآخر في معسكر الدعم الأمني في أعلى جبل الضبة، يعدان من أسوأ السجون التي كان يتعرض فيها المختطفون لكل أنواع التعذيب.

ولفت إلى أن هذه السجون كانت تُدار بإشراف مباشر من قيادات تابعة لأبوظبي، وتواطؤ من إدارة البحث الجنائي التي تشارك في التحقيق دون مسوغ قانوني.
إقصاء الضباط الأكاديميين
وحسب المصدر، فإن أبو علي الحضرمي كان يعتمد في تشكيل قواته على صغار السن والشباب غير المؤهلين عسكرياً، ويقصي الضباط الأكاديميين لضمان تنفيذ أوامره غير القانونية بمداهمة المنازل دون أوامر نيابية، مضيفاً أن عمر سعيد قنزل مدني من المكلا عيّنه الحضرمي نائباً له ومنحه رتبة عسكرية عبر «الواتساب» لولائه المطلق، والمحامي عمر فهد بكير الذي عيّنه بمنصب مدير الاستخبارات في قوات الحزام الأمني فضلاً عن شخص ثالث يدعى السباعي وهو الرجل الرابع في قيادة هذه القوات وينتمي إلى شرق حضرموت وجميعهم متورطون في جرائم التعذيب.

ولفت المصدر إلى أن أبو علي الحضرمي كان يعتمد نظام ترقيات «مزاجي» عبر تطبيق الواتساب، فيحوّل الجندي إلى نقيب ثم يعود جندياً بقرار فردي، لضمان السيطرة الكاملة على الأفراد وتطويعهم لخدمة أجندات المداهمات الليلية للمنازل.
وأكد المصدر أن المعتقلين يتعرضون لوسائل تعذيب قاسية، إذ تسمع أصوات تعذيبهم وما يتعرضون له داخل المعتقلات، لافتا إلى أن أحد المعتقلين تمكن من الهروب من السجن قبل عام ونصف العام لكنه جرت ملاحقته في منطقة الوادي والقبض عليه بعد نزيف حاد كاد يودي بحياته.
وأفصح أن السجون السرية التي كان يديرها أبو علي الحضرمي كانت تحظى بسرية كاملة ويمنع فيها الهواتف المزودة بالكاميرا.

عشرات المخفيين في السجون
من جانبه، كشف مصدر حقوقي لـ«عكاظ»، عن وجود عشرات المخفيين في السجون السرية التي كان يديرها الحضرمي سواء في الضبة أو في مطار الريان أو غيره ولا يزالون حتى اليوم لا يعرف مصيرهم.
وعما إذا كانت هناك إحصاءات بالمخفيين، قال المصدر وصلتنا أسماء من بعض الأسر تبحث عن أبنائها الذين جرى اختطافهم منذ سنوات ولا يزالون حتى اليوم مخفيين وهم (أحمد فايز بايمين، من منطقة غيل باوزير، وحسن عمر سالم بارشيد من مديرية المكلا، وعياش عبدالله النسي من محافظة شبوة، وتوفيق أحمد النسي من محافظة شبوة، وعبده عبدالحميد عبدالله الجمحي من مديرية المكلا، ورامي حسن القطيبي من مديرية المكلا)، مشيراً إلى من هؤلاء من هو مخفي منذ 2016 بعد دخول أبوظبي لساحل حضرموت ومنهم من تم اختطافه بعد ذلك.

مواقع احتجاز تحت الأرض
من جهة أخرى، كشف مسؤول أمني في فيديو تم تصويره من داخل مطار الريان بحضرموت، عن مواقع احتجاز تحت الأرض لم تعرف الا بعد إخلاء المكان وفتح مناطق كانت مغلقة لسنوات.
وقال: تمكنا من الحصول من داخل مطار الريان على فلاشات ومستندات وصور تحوي سجوناً سرية تحت الأرض بعمق 15 متراً تقريباً يصل طول بعضها إلى 60 أو 70 متراً، مؤكدا أنه تم التحقق من وجود هذه السجون في مطار الريان، ووضعها قريبا من البحر وبين الأشجار بعيدة عن الأنظار.
وأضاف أن المشهد تكرر في ميناء الظبة، وأظهرت الصور وجود مرافق احتجاز غير معلنة، وأعتقد أن هذه تم طمس بعضها وإزالتها، وقدأغلقت بعض هذه السجون.
وطالب بتحقيق شامل، والتنقيب عن هذه السجون لأنها شاهد عيان على جرائم ارتكبت ضد الإنسانية، مرجحاً دفن بعض المخفين داخل هذه السجون لإخفاء معالم أثرهم.
وفيما يتعلق بمحافظة شبوة، أوضح المصدر أن هناك معلومات بجود مواقع احتجاز سرية داخل منشأة بلحاف كانت مخفية بالكامل تحت منشآت قائمة.

A security source in Hadhramaut Governorate disclosed to "Okaz" the nature of the crimes committed by Abu Ali Al-Hadhrami, appointed by the UAE as the commander of the Security Belt Forces in Hadhramaut, and the individuals involved in the torture of kidnapped individuals, some of whom are still missing inside the prisons.

The source stated that the administration of the "Security Support Forces," which was affiliated with what is known as the "Southern Transitional Council" led by the fugitive Abu Ali Al-Hadhrami, manages a network of secret prisons away from judicial and legal oversight, some of which are located in the "Al-Dabba" area on the coast of Hadhramaut. He confirmed that torture was carried out under the direction of external parties.

According to the source, Abu Ali Al-Hadhrami relied on forming his forces with young and unqualified individuals, excluding academic officers to ensure the implementation of his illegal orders to raid homes without parliamentary warrants. He added that Omar Said Qanzal, a civilian from Mukalla, was appointed by Al-Hadhrami as his deputy and granted a military rank via "WhatsApp" for his absolute loyalty, along with lawyer Omar Fahd Bakir, whom he appointed as the director of intelligence in the Security Belt Forces, as well as a third person named Al-Sabahi, who is the fourth man in the leadership of these forces and hails from East Hadhramaut, all of whom are involved in torture crimes.

The source pointed out that Abu Ali Al-Hadhrami relied on a "whimsical" promotion system via WhatsApp, promoting a soldier to captain and then reverting him back to soldier by individual decision, to ensure complete control over the individuals and to mold them to serve the agendas of nighttime home raids.
The source confirmed that detainees are subjected to severe torture methods, as the sounds of their torture can be heard from inside the detention centers. He noted that one detainee managed to escape from prison a year and a half ago but was pursued in the valley area and captured after severe bleeding that nearly cost him his life.
He revealed that the secret prisons managed by Abu Ali Al-Hadhrami were kept completely confidential, and phones equipped with cameras were prohibited.

Dozens of the Missing in Prisons
For his part, a human rights source revealed to "Okaz" the existence of dozens of missing individuals in the secret prisons managed by Al-Hadhrami, whether in Al-Dabba or Al-Riyan Airport or elsewhere, and their fate remains unknown to this day.
Regarding whether there are statistics on the missing individuals, the source said that they received names from some families searching for their children who were kidnapped years ago and are still missing today, including (Ahmed Fayyaz Baymin from the Ghayl Bawazir area, Hassan Omar Salem Barashid from Mukalla Directorate, Ayash Abdullah Al-Nasi from Shabwa Governorate, Tawfiq Ahmed Al-Nasi from Shabwa Governorate, Abdou Abdulhamid Abdullah Al-Jumahi from Mukalla Directorate, and Rami Hassan Al-Qutaybi from Mukalla Directorate), noting that some of them have been missing since 2016 after the UAE entered the coast of Hadhramaut, and others were kidnapped afterward.

Underground Detention Sites
On another note, a security official in a video filmed from inside Al-Riyan Airport in Hadhramaut revealed underground detention sites that were only discovered after the area was evacuated and previously closed areas were opened after years.
He said: We managed to obtain from inside Al-Riyan Airport flash drives, documents, and photos containing secret underground prisons approximately 15 meters deep, some of which are 60 or 70 meters long, confirming that the existence of these prisons in Al-Riyan Airport has been verified, and they are located close to the sea and among trees, hidden from view.
He added that the scene was repeated at Al-Dabba port, and the photos showed the existence of undisclosed detention facilities, and I believe that some of these have been concealed and removed, and some of these prisons have been closed.
He called for a comprehensive investigation and the excavation of these prisons because they are eyewitnesses to crimes committed against humanity, suggesting that some of the missing individuals may have been buried inside these prisons to conceal any trace of them.
Regarding Shabwa Governorate, the source clarified that there is information about the existence of secret detention sites within the Balhaf facility that were completely hidden under existing structures.
