نزحت عشرات العائلات السورية اليوم (الإثنين) من محيط حي الليرمون بعد هجوم قوات سورية الديموقراطية (قسد) على مواقع الجيش السوري في حلب.
وأكدت وسائل إعلام سورية وشهود عيان وقوع إصابات في صفوف المدنيين، وذلك بعد سقوط قذائف هاون بحي الجميلة في حلب، مشيرة إلى أن هناك أنباء عن سقوط قتيلين في الحي نفسه.
حالة رعب في أوساط المدنيين
وذكرت الإخبارية السورية أن «قسد» قصفت عشوائياً بقذائف هاون وصواريخ أحياء بمدينة حلب منها الجميلية والسريان، موضحة أن قوى الأمن الداخلي تنتشر في محيط حيي الأشرفية والشيخ مقصود في حلب.
وأشارت إلى سقوط قذيفتي هاون أطلقتهما قوات قسد على جسر الرازي، فيما قال شهود عيان إن منازل احترقت في حي الجميلية بحلب جراء استهدافها من قبل قوات سورية الديموقراطية.
ودعا محافظ حلب عزام غريب الأهالي إلى عدم الاقتراب من مناطق الاشتباك وعدم سلوك الطرقات المؤدية إلى مركز المدينة، مؤكداً رفع الجاهزية في جميع المديريات الخدمية.

وزارة الطوارئ: جريمة خطيرة
بدورها، قالت وزارة الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث في سورية إن اثنين من عناصرها أصيبوا بجروح جراء إطلاق نار استهدف مركبتهما بشكل مباشر في دوار الشيحان بمدينة حلب، مبينة أن سيارة إنقاذ من نوع «بيك آب»، تحمل شارات الدفاع المدني بشكل واضح، كانت تقل 4 عناصر يرتدون الزي الرسمي، تعرضت لإطلاق نار من قبل «قوات سورية الديموقراطية» أثناء توجهها إلى مقر مديرية الطوارئ في المحافظة.
وأضافت الوزارة: «استهداف فرق الدفاع المدني يُعد جريمة خطيرة وانتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون الإنساني، من شأنه عرقلة جهود إنقاذ المدنيين وتقديم الخدمات الإنسانية والمنقذة للأرواح».
وأكد الدفاع المدني إصابة طفلين برصاص «قسد» بدوار الشيحان في حلب.

وكانت وزارة الداخلية السورية قد أعلنت إصابة عنصر من قوات الأمن الداخلي، وعنصر من الجيش، إضافة إلى عدد من المدنيين وعناصر الدفاع المدني، محملة قوات سورية الديموقراطية المسؤولية.
Dozens of Syrian families displaced today (Monday) from the vicinity of the Al-Layramoun neighborhood following an attack by Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) on Syrian army positions in Aleppo.
Syrian media and eyewitnesses confirmed that there were injuries among civilians after mortar shells fell in the Al-Jamilah neighborhood in Aleppo, noting that there are reports of two fatalities in the same neighborhood.

The Syrian News reported that the SDF indiscriminately shelled neighborhoods in the city of Aleppo, including Al-Jamilah and Al-Siryani, clarifying that internal security forces are deployed around the Ashrafieh and Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhoods in Aleppo.
It was noted that two mortar shells fired by SDF hit the Al-Razi bridge, while eyewitnesses stated that homes burned in the Al-Jamilah neighborhood in Aleppo due to being targeted by the Syrian Democratic Forces.
Governor of Aleppo, Azzam Gharib, urged residents not to approach the combat areas and to avoid the roads leading to the city center, confirming the heightened readiness in all service directorates.

Ministry of Emergency: A serious crime
For its part, the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management in Syria stated that two of its personnel were injured due to gunfire that directly targeted their vehicle at the Sheikhhan roundabout in Aleppo, indicating that a rescue vehicle of the "pickup" type, clearly marked with civil defense insignia, was carrying four personnel in uniform when it came under fire from the "Syrian Democratic Forces" while heading to the emergency directorate headquarters in the province.
The ministry added: "Targeting civil defense teams is considered a serious crime and a blatant violation of humanitarian law, which hinders efforts to rescue civilians and provide life-saving humanitarian services."
