نظم مجمع الملك عبدالله الطبي، عضو تجمع جدة الصحي الثاني، ورشة «شرح نظام التأمينات الاجتماعية ولوائحه التنفيذية»، وتناولت الورشة عدداً من المحاور المهمة، شملت مدخلاً تعريفياً بنظام التأمينات الاجتماعية، والزيادة التدريجية في نسب الاشتراكات لفرع المعاشات، وشرح نظام التعويضات، بما في ذلك تعويض الأمومة، إضافة إلى آلية التسجيل والاشتراكات، وتبادل المنافع، والخدمات الإلكترونية، والإجابة عن استفسارات الموظفين.
واستهدفت الورشة موظفي التشغيل الذاتي، وموظفي الخدمة المدنية، والعاملين في الشركات والمؤسسات، وأيضاً المهتمين بنظام التأمينات الاجتماعية.
وتعكس الورشة جهود مجمع الملك عبدالله الطبي بجدة في تهيئة منسوبيه لمتطلبات المرحلة الانتقالية وتعزيز جاهزيتهم لمواكبة مستهدفات التحول الصحي.
The King Abdullah Medical Complex, a member of the Jeddah Health Cluster II, organized a workshop titled "Explanation of the Social Insurance System and its Executive Regulations." The workshop covered several important topics, including an introductory overview of the social insurance system, the gradual increase in contribution rates for the pension branch, an explanation of the compensation system, including maternity compensation, as well as the registration and subscription mechanisms, benefit exchanges, electronic services, and answering employees' inquiries.
The workshop targeted self-operating employees, civil service employees, workers in companies and institutions, as well as those interested in the social insurance system.
The workshop reflects the efforts of the King Abdullah Medical Complex in Jeddah to prepare its staff for the requirements of the transitional phase and enhance their readiness to meet the objectives of health transformation.
