فاجأ مديرو مدارس تعليم جدة، وزملاء المحتفى به من المشرفين التربويين، الدكتور سعد بن ردة الجدعاني، بحفل توديع استثنائي؛ تقديرا لمكانته بعد عطاء لأكثر من ثلاثة عقود في مجال التعليم. وتخلل الحفل تقديم فقرات متنوعة، شملت كلمات خطابية، وقصائد شعرية، إضافة إلى عرض مرئي وثق أبرز محطات المحتفى به التعليمية. الجدعاني، الذي عمل في تعليم جدة معلما، ووكيلا، ثم مديرا لعدد من المدارس، ثم مشرفا تربويا في قسم الإدارة المدرسية في مكتب تعليم جنوب جدة سابقا، ثم رئيسا للقسم ذاته، وبعدها رئيسا لوحدة الإشراف في المكتب ذاته، وأخيرا مساعدا لمدير مكتب تعليم الجوهرة للخدمات المساندة، ترك تاريخا ومسيرة حافلة بالعطاء والإنجاز، وخلّفَ حبا وتقديرا في نفوس جميع زملائه ومحبيه.
ليلة الوفاء هذه لم تكن مجرد تكريم لشخص، بل احتفاء بمسيرة رجل حمل مشعل التعليم والعمل الخيري، وترك أثراً طيباً في نفوس كل من عرفه، لتبقى سيرته نموذجاً يُحتذى للأجيال القادمة.
The school directors of Jeddah and colleagues of the honoree from the educational supervisors surprised Dr. Saad bin Radah Al-Jadani with an exceptional farewell party; in appreciation of his status after more than three decades of contributions in the field of education. The event included various segments, including speeches, poetry recitations, and a visual presentation that highlighted the educational milestones of the honoree. Al-Jadani, who worked in Jeddah's education as a teacher, then as a vice principal, and later as a principal of several schools, then as an educational supervisor in the school administration department at the former South Jeddah Education Office, then as the head of the same department, and finally as the assistant director of the Al-Jawhara Education Office for support services, left a legacy and a career filled with giving and achievements, and left behind love and appreciation in the hearts of all his colleagues and admirers.
This night of loyalty was not just an honor for an individual, but a celebration of the journey of a man who carried the torch of education and charitable work, leaving a positive impact on the souls of everyone who knew him, making his legacy a model to be emulated by future generations.
