ينتقل محمد بن سعد بن علي الغامدي إلى الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة الرياض مديرًا لإدارة الموارد البشرية، لينضم إلى فريق العمل بقيادة مدير عام التعليم بمنطقة الرياض نايف الزارع، مواصلاً مسيرة حافلة بالعطاء والتميز في إدارة التعليم بمحافظة جدة، حيث أسس نهجًا إداريًا جديدًا للموارد البشرية يقوم على الكفاءة والحوكمة والتطوير المستدام.
نهج إداري قائم على الكفاءة
استطاع الغامدي خلال قيادته لإدارة الموارد البشرية في تعليم جدة أن يؤسس عهدًا جديدًا في العمل الإداري أغلق خلاله العديد من الملفات العالقة وفتح آفاقًا حديثة للتنظيم والهيكلة، ونجح في تحويل الإدارة إلى نموذج يُحتذى به في الدقة والالتزام والشفافية، يعمل بصمت وجهد كبير لكنه يحمل هدوءًا وابتسامة تجبران من حوله على الاحترام، ما جعله من القيادات التي تجمع بين الحزم والإنسانية في آنٍ واحد.
خبرة تمتد لأكثر 25عاما
يمتلك الغامدي خبرة تمتد لأكثر من خمسةٍ وعشرين عامًا في إدارة الموارد البشرية والشؤون الإدارية والمالية، بدأها بعد حصوله على بكالوريوس الإدارة العامة من جامعة الملك عبدالعزيز، ثم ماجستير إدارة الأعمال تخصص الموارد البشرية من جامعة الباحة، وساهم خلال مسيرته في تطوير أدوات الأداء المؤسسي بما يتوافق مع رؤية المملكة 2030 في بناء رأس المال البشري.
برامج تطوير وتأهيل ونجاحات
أشرف على برامج تدريب وتأهيل شملت آلاف الموظفين الإداريين، ورأس لجنة إعداد الدليل التنظيمي والإجرائي للموارد البشرية، وشارك في مؤتمرات ولقاءات وطنية ودولية تناولت تطوير الموارد البشرية والتحول الرقمي، محققًا حضورًا لافتًا في الملتقيات المتخصصة.
كما نال الغامدي العديد من شهادات الشكر والتقدير من قيادات التعليم نظير إنجازاته ومشاركاته في تطوير الأداء ورفع كفاءة العمل، كما تجاوز رصيده من العمل التطوعي المسجل في المنصة الوطنية أكثر من 335 ساعة، تأكيدًا لروح المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي يحملها في كل موقع عمل.

وقدم الغامدي شكره وتقديره إلى مدير تعليم جدة منال بنت مبارك اللهيبي والمساعدين والمستشارين ومديري الإدارات ورؤساء الأقسام وجميع الزملاء والزميلات في تعليم جدة، قائلاً: «أتقدّم بخالص الشكر والعرفان لكم جميعًا على ما وجدته من دعم وتعاون خلال سنوات حافلة بالعمل والإنجاز. لقد كانت جدة بجهودكم وإخلاصكم علامة فارقة في مسيرة التعليم بالمملكة، وقدّمتم نماذج مشرفة من البرامج والمبادرات التي أصبحت حديث الوزارة ورسخت مكانتها كمعقل للتميّز والإبداع. أغادر اليوم وأنا أحمل في قلبي امتنانًا صادقًا لكل من ساندني وشاركني النجاح، وأسأل الله أن يكتب للجميع دوام التوفيق والعطاء، والعذر كل العذر لمن قصّرت في حقه دون قصد، فأنتم جميعًا شركاء فخر وذكريات لا تُنسى».

Al-Ghamdi possesses over twenty-five years of experience in human resources management and administrative and financial affairs, which began after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from King Abdulaziz University, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources from Al-Baha University. Throughout his career, he contributed to developing institutional performance tools in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in building human capital.

He oversaw training and qualification programs that included thousands of administrative employees, chaired the committee for preparing the organizational and procedural guide for human resources, and participated in national and international conferences and meetings that addressed the development of human resources and digital transformation, achieving a notable presence in specialized forums.
Al-Ghamdi also received numerous certificates of appreciation from education leaders in recognition of his achievements and contributions to improving performance and enhancing work efficiency.
