Mohammed bin Saad bin Ali Al-Ghamdi is moving to the General Administration of Education in the Riyadh region as the Director of Human Resources, joining the team led by the General Director of Education in Riyadh, Naif Al-Zari, continuing a journey filled with giving and excellence in the education administration of Jeddah Governorate, where he established a new administrative approach for human resources based on efficiency, governance, and sustainable development.
An Administrative Approach Based on Efficiency
During his leadership of the Human Resources Department in Jeddah Education, Al-Ghamdi was able to establish a new era in administrative work, closing many pending files and opening new horizons for organization and structuring. He succeeded in transforming the administration into a model to be emulated in accuracy, commitment, and transparency, working quietly and with great effort, yet carrying a calm demeanor and a smile that compels those around him to respect him, making him one of the leaders who combine firmness and humanity at the same time.
Experience Spanning More Than 25 Years
Al-Ghamdi possesses over twenty-five years of experience in human resources management and administrative and financial affairs, which began after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from King Abdulaziz University, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources from Al-Baha University. Throughout his career, he contributed to developing institutional performance tools in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in building human capital.
​​​​​​Programs for Development and Qualification and Successes
He oversaw training and qualification programs that included thousands of administrative employees, chaired the committee for preparing the organizational and procedural guide for human resources, and participated in national and international conferences and meetings that addressed the development of human resources and digital transformation, achieving a notable presence in specialized forums.
​​​Al-Ghamdi also received numerous certificates of appreciation from education leaders in recognition of his achievements and contributions to improving performance and enhancing work efficiency. He has logged over 335 hours of registered volunteer work on the national platform, affirming the spirit of social responsibility he carries in every workplace.
A Farewell Message to Jeddah Education
​​​​Al-Ghamdi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Director of Jeddah Education, Manal bint Mubarak Al-Luhaibi, the assistants, advisors, department directors, section heads, and all colleagues in Jeddah Education, saying: “I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to all of you for the support and cooperation I found during years filled with work and achievement. Jeddah, through your efforts and dedication, has been a significant milestone in the educational journey of the Kingdom, and you have presented honorable models of programs and initiatives that have become the talk of the ministry and solidified its position as a bastion of excellence and creativity. I leave today carrying in my heart sincere gratitude to everyone who supported me and shared in my success, and I ask Allah to grant everyone continued success and giving. I apologize to anyone I may have unintentionally fallen short with, as you are all partners in pride and unforgettable memories.”
