محافظ الأحساء يكرّم مواطناً تبرع بإحدى كليتيه لأخيه

The Governor of Al-Ahsa, Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, honored citizen Awida bin Muhammad Al-Qahtani at his office in the governorate today (Sunday), in appreciation of his noble humanitarian initiative to donate one of his kidneys to his brother.

The Governor of Al-Ahsa praised this initiative, affirming that it reflects the depth of family ties and embodies the genuine humanitarian values that the people of this generous nation possess, noting that what citizen Awida Al-Qahtani did is a work worthy of appreciation and serves as a model to be emulated in giving and generosity.

He pointed out that such moments are a source of pride and honor, embodying the spirit of solidarity and compassion, calling for the enhancement of the culture of donation and humanitarian work in society, and asking Allah Almighty to grant both the donor and the recipient complete health and wellness.
