بحضور المدير العام للتعليم بمنطقة الرياض الدكتور نايف بن عابد الزارع، نظّمت الإدارة العامة للتعليم بالمنطقة حفلاً لتكريم مديري التعليم في المحافظات؛ بمناسبة انتهاء أعمال إدارات التعليم، ضمن مشروع التحول في حوكمة إدارات ومكاتب التعليم، الذي تنفذه وزارة التعليم؛ بهدف تعزيز الكفاءة المؤسسية، وتكامل الأدوار بين الإدارات المركزية والميدانية.
وأشاد الدكتور الزارع، خلال كلمته في الحفل، بما قدمه مديرو التعليم من جهود نوعية وإسهامات فاعلة، في إنجاح مراحل المشروع، مؤكداً أن هذا التكريم يأتي تقديراً لعطائهم المخلص، وشراكتهم الفاعلة في مسيرة تطوير منظومة التعليم في المنطقة.
وقد شهد الحفل، الذي أقيم بمقر الإدارة العامة بالرياض، حضوراً واسعاً لعدد من القيادات التربوية ومنسوبي تعليم الرياض، وسط أجواء احتفالية، عبّرت عن روح الامتنان والتقدير للمكرمين.
ويأتي هذا الحفل في إطار ختام أعمال مشروع التحول في حوكمة إدارات ومكاتب التعليم، الذي أطلقته وزارة التعليم ضمن مساعيها لرفع كفاءة الأداء الإداري والتعليمي، من خلال إعادة هيكلة الأدوار والمسؤوليات بين الإدارات التعليمية والمكاتب، وتحقيق قدر أكبر من المرونة والفعالية في اتخاذ القرار التربوي، بما ينعكس على تحسين نواتج التعلّم، ورفع مستويات الحوكمة والشفافية.
كما يُعد المشروع إحدى المبادرات الإستراتيجية لوزارة التعليم، نحو بناء نموذج حوكمة حديث، يدعم التميز المؤسسي، ويعزز من فاعلية إدارة الموارد، وجودة الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة للميدان.

In the presence of the General Director of Education in the Riyadh region, Dr. Naif bin Abed Al-Zar'ee, the General Administration of Education in the region organized a ceremony to honor the education directors in the governorates; on the occasion of the completion of the work of the education administrations, as part of the transformation project in the governance of education administrations and offices, which is being implemented by the Ministry of Education; aimed at enhancing institutional efficiency and integrating roles between central and field administrations.
During his speech at the ceremony, Dr. Al-Zar'ee praised the qualitative efforts and effective contributions made by the education directors in the success of the project's phases, emphasizing that this honor comes in appreciation of their sincere contributions and their effective partnership in the journey of developing the education system in the region.
The ceremony, held at the headquarters of the General Administration in Riyadh, witnessed a wide attendance of several educational leaders and staff from Riyadh Education, amidst a celebratory atmosphere that expressed gratitude and appreciation for the honorees.
This ceremony comes as part of the conclusion of the work of the transformation project in the governance of education administrations and offices, which the Ministry of Education launched as part of its efforts to enhance the efficiency of administrative and educational performance, through restructuring roles and responsibilities between educational administrations and offices, achieving greater flexibility and effectiveness in making educational decisions, which reflects on improving learning outcomes and raising levels of governance and transparency.
The project is also considered one of the strategic initiatives of the Ministry of Education, aimed at building a modern governance model that supports institutional excellence and enhances the effectiveness of resource management and the quality of educational services provided to the field.
