حصل الطالب عبدالمحسن بن محمد العنزي على درجة بكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة باللغة الروسية من جامعة موسكو الطبية الحكومية، بعد مسيرة علمية حافلة بالعطاء العلمي والمعرفي والثقافي.
وكان العنزي قد حقق منجزاً وطنياً، كأفضل مندوب للجنة الرابعة لنموذج الأمم المتحدة، بالتصويت عبر أبحاثه في قضية الصحراء الغربية لإنهاء قضيتها، إذ قدم حلولاً وتوصيات قانونية لحل مشكلة الصحراء الغربية وفق القانون الدولي.
