كشفت المنظمة الدولية للهجرة، أن أكثر من 8600 شخص نزحوا من الفاشر خلال اليومين الماضيين، ما يرفع إجمالي النازحين من عاصمة ولاية شمال دارفور والقرى المحيطة منذ سيطرة قوات الدعم السريع عليها إلى نحو 71 ألف شخص، في ظل تدهور متسارع للأوضاع الإنسانية والأمنية.
وأفادت المنظمة بأن النازحين توجهوا بشكل رئيسي إلى مناطق داخل محليتي الفاشر وطويلة في شمال دارفور، وسط تحذيرات من أن انعدام الأمن على الطرق قد يعيق حركة المدنيين الفارين من القتال.
من محليتي بارا وأم روابة
ولفتت المنظمة الدولية إلى أن أكثر من 1200 شخص نزحوا من محليتي بارا وأم روابة في ولاية شمال كردفان خلال اليومين الماضيين، مضيفة أن النازحين توزعوا على عدد من المناطق داخل محلية شيكان بشمال كردفان، إضافة إلى محليات الدويم وتندلتي وكوستي وربك في ولاية النيل الأبيض. وأعلنت الأمم المتحدة أن عشرات الآلاف فروا من ولاية شمال كردفان مع اتساع الصراع.
جاءت هذه الموجة من النزوح بعد سيطرة الدعم السريع على مدينة بارا الإستراتيجية شمال كردفان، وسط تقارير عن وقوع انتهاكات واسعة بحق المدنيين من قبل قوات الدعم السريع.
موجة نزوح كبيرة
من جانبها، أعلنت حكومة الولاية الشمالية أنها تستعد لموجة نزوح كبيرة من الفاشر يُتوقع وصولها خلال ساعات. وقال مفوض العون الإنساني بالولاية الشمالية وائل محمد شريف، في مؤتمر صحفي بالدبة، إن جميع الجهات ذات الصلة وقفت على آخر الاستعدادات لاستقبال النازحين القادمين من الفاشر في مخيمات جديدة، مشيراً إلى بذل جهود كبيرة لتوفير سبل الحياة الكريمة لهم.
فيما أفاد المدير التنفيذي لمحلية الدبة محمد صابر كشكش، بأن لجنة الطوارئ بالمحلية في حالة انعقاد دائم، مضيفاً أن الترتيبات تجري في الجوانب الصحية والدعم النفسي والغذائي والأمني لاستقبال النازحين.
وذكرت وزيرة الشؤون الاجتماعية المكلفة بالولاية الشمالية منال مكاوي، أن مدينة الدبة تستضيف حتى الآن أكثر من 4 آلاف نازح من دارفور وكردفان. وذكرت أن الولاية استضافت نازحين من كل أنحاء السودان منذ اندلاع الحرب في 185 مركز إيواء..

وأظهرت صور التُقطت بالأقمار الاصطناعية قبل أيام قليلة مؤشرات إلى استمرار عمليات القتل الجماعي داخل مدينة الفاشر ومحيطها، وفق باحثين في جامعة ييل الأمريكية. وقال مختبر الأبحاث الإنسانية في الجامعة في تقرير إن الصور الجديدة تُظهر مؤشرات على أن جزءا كبيرا من سكان المدينة «قُتلوا أو أُسروا أو يختبئون». ورصد الباحثون ما لا يقل عن 31 مجموعة أجسام يُرجّح أنها لجثث بشرية، في أحياء سكنية وحرم جامعي ومواقع عسكرية. وقدرت الحكومة السودانية مقتل أكثر من 2000 مدني في المدينة، بعد انسحاب الجيش منها.
The International Organization for Migration revealed that more than 8,600 people have been displaced from El Fasher over the past two days, raising the total number of displaced individuals from the capital of North Darfur and the surrounding villages to nearly 71,000, amid a rapidly deteriorating humanitarian and security situation.
The organization reported that the displaced people primarily headed to areas within the localities of El Fasher and Tawila in North Darfur, amid warnings that insecurity on the roads may hinder the movement of civilians fleeing the fighting.
From the localities of Bara and Um Rawaba
The international organization noted that more than 1,200 people have been displaced from the localities of Bara and Um Rawaba in North Kordofan over the past two days, adding that the displaced have spread across several areas within the Shikan locality in North Kordofan, in addition to the localities of Al-Duwaym, Tendalti, Kosti, and Rabak in White Nile State. The United Nations announced that tens of thousands have fled from North Kordofan as the conflict expands.
This wave of displacement came after the Rapid Support Forces took control of the strategic city of Bara in North Kordofan, amid reports of widespread violations against civilians by the Rapid Support Forces.
A Large Wave of Displacement
For its part, the northern state government announced that it is preparing for a large wave of displacement from El Fasher expected to arrive within hours. Wael Mohamed Sharif, the Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid in the northern state, stated at a press conference in Al-Duwaym that all relevant parties have reviewed the latest preparations to receive the displaced coming from El Fasher in new camps, noting significant efforts to provide them with a decent living.
Meanwhile, the Executive Director of Al-Duwaym locality, Mohamed Saber Kashkash, indicated that the emergency committee in the locality is in continuous session, adding that arrangements are being made in health, psychological support, food, and security aspects to receive the displaced.
Minister of Social Affairs in the northern state, Manal Makawi, mentioned that the city of Al-Duwaym is currently hosting more than 4,000 displaced individuals from Darfur and Kordofan. She noted that the state has hosted displaced persons from all over Sudan since the outbreak of the war in 185 shelters.

Satellite images taken a few days ago showed indications of ongoing mass killings within the city of El Fasher and its surroundings, according to researchers at Yale University. The university's Humanitarian Research Lab reported that the new images indicate that a large portion of the city's population has been "killed, captured, or is hiding." Researchers identified at least 31 groups of bodies likely to be human remains in residential neighborhoods, a university campus, and military sites. The Sudanese government estimated that more than 2,000 civilians have been killed in the city after the army withdrew from it.
