كشف الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي أن بلاده وحلفاءها اتفقوا على العمل على خطة لوقف إطلاق النار في الأيام الـ10 القادمة، بعد اقتراح الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بوقف الحرب عند خطوط القتال الحالية.
وفي مقابلة مع موقع «أكسيوس» نُشرت اليوم (الإثنين)، قال زيلينسكي: «بعض النقاط السريعة، مثل خطة لوقف إطلاق النار. قررنا أننا سنعمل على ذلك في الأسبوع أو الأيام الـ10 القادمة».
ميراج ووسائل دفاع جوي
وأضاف الرئيس الأوكراني أنه من أجل الضغط على روسيا لإجراء محادثات، تطلب كييف من الإدارة الأمريكية ليس فقط صواريخ توماهوك ولكن «أشياء مماثلة» لا تتطلب تدريباً طويلاً، بحسب تعبيره.
وكان زيلينسكي أعلن، أمس (الأحد)، أن أوكرانيا ستحصل من فرنسا على عدد إضافي من مقاتلات «ميراج»، لافتا إلى مواصلة بريطانيا تزويد كييف بوسائل دفاع جوي.
وقال في كلمة مصورة نشرها على قناته في «تليغرام»: «أود أن أتوجه بالشكر إلى بريطانيا وفرنسا. هناك قرار بشأن مقاتلات ميراج إضافية لأوكرانيا وصواريخ دفاع جوي. بريطانيا ستواصل المساعدة بشأن الدفاع الجوي، بالصواريخ وإنتاج المسيرات الاعتراضية».
السيطرة على 3 بلدات
في غضون ذلك، أعلن الجيش الروسي اليوم، السيطرة على ثلاث بلدات في جنوب أوكرانيا وشرقها، حيث يواصل التقدم. وكتبت وزارة الدفاع الروسية عبر «تليغرام» أن قواتها استولت على بلدات نوفوميكلايفكا وبريفيلنه في منطقة زابوريجيا في جنوب أوكرانيا فضلاً عن إغوريفكا في منطقة دنيبروبيتروفسك في الوسط الشرقي.
مستمرون في إنتاج أسلحة جديدة
وفي رد غير مباشر على الرئيس دونالد ترمب، أكدت موسكو أنها مستمرة في إنتاج وتجربة أسلحة جديدة، وأنها تمضي قدماً وفقاً لمصالحها الوطنية فقط.
واعتبر ترمب أن إعلان نظيره الروسي فلاديمير بوتين اختبار صاروخ كروز يعمل بالدفع النووي غير مناسب. وقال للصحفيين على متن طائرة إير فورس وان الرئاسية: عليه وضع حد للحرب في أوكرانيا. الحرب التي كان من المفترض أن تستغرق أسبوعاً واحداً فقط تقترب الآن من عامها الرابع. هذا ما عليه القيام به بدلاً من اختبار الصواريخ.
واعتبر المتحدث باسم الكرملين دميتري بيسكوف تصريحات الرئيس الأمريكي بشأن الغواصة النووية قبالة السواحل الروسية رداً على إتمام اختبارات صاروخ «بوريفيستنيك» تمثل وجهة نظره.
العلاقات في أدنى مستوياتها
وقال إن تجارب صاروخ «بوريفيستنيك» لا ينبغي أن تُلحق أي ضرر بالعلاقات بين موسكو وواشنطن، لافتا إلى أنها «في أدنى مستوياتها».
وأضاف بيسكوف: «لا تزال هناك محاولات أولى خجولة لوضع هذه العلاقات على المسار الصحيح بعد حالة الجمود التي كانت عليها سابقاً».
ورفض بيسكوف الإفصاح عن تفاصيل مقترح التسوية الأوكرانية الذي قدمته الولايات المتحدة في قمة أنكوريج، كما رفض التعليق على مدى توافق فكرة الطرح الأمريكي مع النهج الروسي بشأن الضمانات الأمنية واتفاقيات إسطنبول.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky revealed that his country and its allies have agreed to work on a ceasefire plan in the next 10 days, following a proposal by U.S. President Donald Trump to halt the war at the current front lines.
In an interview with Axios published today (Monday), Zelensky said: "Some quick points, like a plan for a ceasefire. We decided that we will work on that in the week or the next 10 days."
Mirage and Air Defense Systems
The Ukrainian president added that in order to pressure Russia to engage in talks, Kyiv is requesting from the U.S. administration not only Tomahawk missiles but also "similar things" that do not require lengthy training, as he put it.
Zelensky announced yesterday (Sunday) that Ukraine will receive additional Mirage fighter jets from France, noting that Britain continues to supply Kyiv with air defense systems.
He said in a video message posted on his Telegram channel: "I would like to thank Britain and France. There is a decision regarding additional Mirage fighters for Ukraine and air defense missiles. Britain will continue to assist with air defense, with missiles and the production of interceptor drones."
Control of 3 Towns
Meanwhile, the Russian army announced today that it has gained control of three towns in southern and eastern Ukraine, where it continues to advance. The Russian Ministry of Defense wrote via Telegram that its forces seized the towns of Novomykolaivka and Pryvillne in the Zaporizhzhia region in southern Ukraine, as well as Ihorivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region in the east-central part of the country.
Continuing to Produce New Weapons
In an indirect response to President Donald Trump, Moscow confirmed that it is continuing to produce and test new weapons, and that it is moving forward according to its national interests only.
Trump considered Russian President Vladimir Putin's announcement of testing a nuclear-powered cruise missile to be inappropriate. He told reporters aboard Air Force One: "He needs to put an end to the war in Ukraine. The war that was supposed to last only a week is now approaching its fourth year. That is what he should be doing instead of testing missiles."
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that the U.S. president's remarks regarding the nuclear submarine off the Russian coast, in response to the completion of tests of the "Burevestnik" missile, represent his own viewpoint.
Relations at Their Lowest
Peskov said that the tests of the "Burevestnik" missile should not harm the relations between Moscow and Washington, noting that they are "at their lowest levels."
Peskov added: "There are still some timid initial attempts to put these relations back on track after the previous stalemate."
Peskov declined to disclose details of the Ukrainian settlement proposal presented by the United States at the Anchorage summit, and he also refused to comment on the extent to which the U.S. proposal aligns with the Russian approach regarding security guarantees and the Istanbul agreements.
