كشفت مصادر إعلامية، اليوم «الإثنين»، أن قوات الدعم السريع سيطرت على بلدة الزريبة بشمال كردفان وسط موجات نزوح.
وكانت مجموعة «محامو الطوارئ» السودانية الحقوقية اتهمت قوات الدعم السريع بارتكاب «مجزرة مروّعة»، شملت أعمال قتل ونهب وغيرها، بحق المدنيين بمدينة بارا في ولاية شمال كردفان غربي البلاد بعد سيطرتها عليها السبت الماضي.

السيطرة الكاملة على بارا
واستعادت قوات الدعم السريع، السيطرة الكاملة على مدينة بارا «عقب معارك حاسمة ضد الجيش»، وقالت إن قواتها شنّت «هجوماً كاسحاً منمحاور عدة، أفلح بتحطيم دفاعات العدو».
وفي 11 سبتمبر الماضي، أعلن الجيش السوداني سيطرة قواته على مدينة بارا، وتطهيرها من قوات الدعم السريع.
وتكتسب بارا أهمية إستراتيجية لوقوعها على الطريق الوطني الذي يربط ولايات إقليمي كردفان (جنوب) ودارفور (غرب) بالعاصمة الخرطوم، عبر مدينة أم درمان.
15 مليون نازح ولاجئ
ومنذ اندلاع الحرب بين الجيش السوداني وقوات الدعم السريع يوم 15 أبريل 2023، قُتل نحو 20 ألف شخص وتشرد أكثر من 15 مليونا بين نازح ولاجئ، وفقاً لتقارير أممية ومحلية.

The Rapid Support Forces regained complete control of the city of Bara "following decisive battles against the army," stating that its forces launched "a sweeping attack from multiple axes, successfully breaking the enemy's defenses."
On September 11, the Sudanese army announced that its forces had taken control of the city of Bara and cleared it of the Rapid Support Forces.
Bara holds strategic importance due to its location on the national road that connects the states of the Kordofan (South) and Darfur (West) regions to the capital, Khartoum, via the city of Omdurman.
15 Million Displaced and Refugees
Since the outbreak of war between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces on April 15, 2023, around 20,000 people have been killed, and more than 15 million have been displaced or become refugees, according to UN and local reports.
