كشف وزير الخارجية المصري بدر عبدالعاطي تقدما كبيرا لإنهاء الحرب على قطاع غزة، من خلال المفاوضات غير المباشرة بين الجانبين الفلسطيني والإسرائيلي في شرم الشيخ.
وقال في مؤتمر صحفي مع نائبة رئيس الوزراء وزيرة الخارجية السلوفينية تانيا فايون، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، إن المفاوضات تسعى لتكريس مسار السلام العادل على أساس حل الدولتين ووحدة كاملة بين الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة.
اتفاق حول المرحلة الأولى
وأضاف أن المفاوضات تهدف إلى التوصل إلى اتفاق حول المرحلة الأولى من خطة السلام الأمريكية، وتشمل إطلاق سراح الرهائن وعدد من الأسرى الفلسطينيين، والانسحاب الإسرائيلي الكامل من غزة.
وتابع عبدالعاطي أن المفاوضات تتناول ضمان النفاذ الكامل وغير المشروط للمساعدات الإنسانية إلى قطاع غزة لمنع تهجير الفلسطينيين، وإنشاء آلية أممية تضمن أمن جميع الأطراف وتكفل الانسحاب الإسرائيلي الكامل من القطاع، وتكرّس مسار السلام العادل على أساس حل الدولتين، بما يضمن وحدة الأراضي الفلسطينية على حدود الرابع من يونيو 1967 وتمكين السلطة الفلسطينية من إدارة شؤونها.
مؤتمر التعافي المبكر
وأفاد بأن القاهرة تعمل بالتوازي على التحضير لعقد مؤتمر للتعافي المبكر وإعادة إعمار غزة، لافتا إلى أن مصر تواصل جهودها الدبلوماسية المكثفة لوقف الحرب ورفع المعاناة والمجاعة التي يواجهها سكان القطاع، معربا عن أمله أن تسفر جولة المفاوضات الجارية عن تقدم ملموس على هذا الصعيد.
دعم الحلول السياسية
من جانبها، أكدت فايون أن سلوفينيا تواصل دعمها الكامل لجهود تحقيق السلام في الشرق الأوسط ورفضها أي ضم أو تهجير في الأراضي الفلسطينية. وذكرت أن بلادها كانت من أوائل الدول الأوروبية التي اعترفت بالدولة الفلسطينية ذات السيادة الكاملة، وتعمل على دعم الحلول السياسية القائمة على احترام القانون الدولي والإنساني.
من جانبها، تحدثت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية الرسمية عن حالة من التفاؤل تسود الجانبين الإسرائيلي والأمريكي، ورجحت إمكانية التوصل إلى اتفاق بحلول يوم الأحد القادم.
مشاريع إعادة الإعمار
وفي برلين، أكدت وزيرة التنمية الألمانية ريم العبلي رادوفان استعداد بلادها لتقديم دعم فوري في مشاريع إعادة الإعمار بقطاع غزة حال التوصل إلى وقف لإطلاق النار.
وقالت الوزيرة التي تنتمي للحزب الاشتراكي الديمقراطي، في تصريحات لإذاعة دويتشلاند فونك الألمانية اليوم: لدينا بالفعل مشروع جاهز، مثل المساكن المؤقتة، وهي ممولة وجاهزة للتنفيذ، جزء كبير من قطاع غزة مدمر، مما يعني أن كثيرا من الناس بلا مأوى ولا توجد بنية تحتية تقريبا.
ووصفت الوضع الصحي والبيئي في القطاع بالكارثي، موضحة أن وزارتها يمكن أن تسهم في إنشاء مرافق صحية، وتقديم المساعدة في توفير إمدادات المياه وإزالة الأنقاض. وأكدت أن المسؤولية تقع الآن على عاتق كل من حماس والحكومة الإسرائيلية للتوصل إلى اتفاق لوقف إطلاق النار.
Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Aati revealed significant progress in ending the war on the Gaza Strip through indirect negotiations between the Palestinian and Israeli sides in Sharm El-Sheikh.
In a press conference with Slovenian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Tanja Fajon today (Tuesday), he stated that the negotiations aim to establish a fair peace process based on a two-state solution and full unity between the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Agreement on the First Phase
He added that the negotiations aim to reach an agreement on the first phase of the American peace plan, which includes the release of hostages and a number of Palestinian prisoners, as well as the complete Israeli withdrawal from Gaza.
Abdel Aati continued that the negotiations address ensuring full and unconditional access to humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip to prevent the displacement of Palestinians, establishing a UN mechanism to ensure the security of all parties and guarantee the complete Israeli withdrawal from the sector, and solidifying a fair peace process based on a two-state solution, ensuring the unity of Palestinian territories along the borders of June 4, 1967, and enabling the Palestinian Authority to manage its affairs.
Early Recovery Conference
He reported that Cairo is simultaneously preparing to hold a conference for early recovery and reconstruction of Gaza, noting that Egypt continues its intensive diplomatic efforts to stop the war and alleviate the suffering and famine faced by the residents of the sector, expressing hope that the ongoing round of negotiations will yield tangible progress in this regard.
Support for Political Solutions
For her part, Fajon confirmed that Slovenia continues its full support for efforts to achieve peace in the Middle East and rejects any annexation or displacement in Palestinian territories. She mentioned that her country was one of the first European nations to recognize the state of Palestine with full sovereignty and is working to support political solutions based on respect for international and humanitarian law.
Meanwhile, the official Israeli broadcasting authority spoke of a sense of optimism prevailing among both the Israeli and American sides, suggesting the possibility of reaching an agreement by next Sunday.
Reconstruction Projects
In Berlin, German Development Minister Reem Al-Abli Radovan confirmed her country’s readiness to provide immediate support for reconstruction projects in the Gaza Strip once a ceasefire is reached.
The minister, who belongs to the Social Democratic Party, stated in remarks to Deutschlandfunk radio today: We already have a ready project, such as temporary housing, which is funded and ready for implementation; a large part of the Gaza Strip is destroyed, meaning that many people are homeless and there is almost no infrastructure.
She described the health and environmental situation in the sector as catastrophic, explaining that her ministry can contribute to establishing health facilities and providing assistance in supplying water and removing rubble. She emphasized that the responsibility now lies with both Hamas and the Israeli government to reach an agreement for a ceasefire.
