وسط تصعيد كبير بين الجانبين، أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الروسية، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، أن أنظمة الدفاع الجوي أسقطت 416 طائرة مسيرة أوكرانية و16 صاروخا من طراز «هيمارس» تابع للقوات الأوكرانية خلال الـ24 ساعة الماضية.
وأفادت في بيان بأن أنظمة الدفاع الجوي أسقطت 3 قنابل جوية موجهة، و16 صاروخا من طراز «هيمارس» أمريكي الصنع، و416 طائرة مسيرة.
استهداف المديين عمدا
وأسفر هجوم بمسيّرات عن مقتل 4 أشخاص في الجزء الذي تسيطر عليه روسيا من منطقة خيرسون جنوب أوكرانيا، واتهم الحاكم المحلي المعين من موسكو فلاديمير سالدو، اليوم، كييف باستهداف مدنيين عمدا.
وأعلن رئيس الإدارة العسكرية في مقاطعة تشيرنيغوف شمالي أوكرانيا فلاديمير تشيرنوف، تضرر مرفق في البنية التحتية الحيوية بمدينة بريلوكي في المقاطعة، جراء القصف الروسي، ما أسفر عن انقطاع جزئي في التيار الكهربائي.
وقال لصحيفة «أوبشيستفينويه نوفوستي» الأوكرانية: «لا يوجد تيار كهربائي في جزء من المدينة»، مؤكداً أن جميع الخدمات اللازمة تعمل في الموقع.
وأعلنت مصادر أوكرانية انقطاع الكهرباء في مدينة سومي شمالي أوكرانيا، وتضرر مرافق البنية التحتية ومنشأة للطاقة والبنية التحتية في السكك الحديدية.
اعتراض مسيرات
وفي موسكو، أعلنت روسيا أنها اعترضت خلال الليل 184 مسيّرة أوكرانية، فيما تواصل كييف ضرب الأراضي الروسية بالمسيرات لليوم الثاني على التوالي في واحدة من أشد الهجمات منذ اندلاع الحرب قبل أكثر من ثلاثة أعوام.
وذكرت وزارة الدفاع الروسية أن قواتها أسقطت 62 طائرة مسيّرة فوق منطقة كورسك و31 فوق منطقة بيلغورود المحاذيتين للحدود مع أوكرانيا. وكانت الوزارة أعلنت أمس اعتراض 250 مسيّرة أطلقتها كييف.
وأعلنت روسيا أن شخصين قتلا، الإثنين، بضربة أوكرانية استهدفت منطقة بيلغورود الحدودية، بعد أوسع هجوم أوكراني بالمسيّرات منذ اندلاع الحرب قبل ثلاث سنوات. وتحدث الجانبان عن انقطاعات في الكهرباء.
كييف تتوعد موسكو
وتوعدت كييف موسكو بزيادة الضربات في العمق الروسي واستهداف المنشآت النفطية، فيما تعتبره ردا مشروعا على الضربات الروسية اليومية على مدن أوكرانيا ومنشآت الطاقة فيها التي تحرم أحيانا ملايين الأشخاص من الكهرباء والتدفئة.
وأدت الضربات الانتقامية التي شنتها أوكرانيا على مصافي النفط الروسية خلال الأشهر الأخيرة إلى نقص الوقود في العديد من المناطق الروسية ودفعت أسعار النفط إلى الارتفاع.
شراء صواريخ باتريوت
وكان الرئيس الأوكراني فلاديمير زيلينسكي، قال إن واشنطن رفعت الحظر عن شراء أنظمة صواريخ «باتريوت» للدفاع الجوي الأمريكية، لكن مشكلة التمويل لا تزال قائمة. وقال في إحاطة صحفية، نُشرت لقطات منها عبر قناة تليغرام «نوفوستي لايف»: «رفع الأمريكيون الحظر عن شراء صواريخ باتريوت، ليس الصواريخ فحسب، بل الأنظمة أيضاً. والمسألة مسألة مال فقط». وأضاف أنه بمجرد رفع الحظر دبلوماسياً، تظهر أموراً أخرى فيها نقص. لذلك، أعتمد على الأصول المجمدة.
Amid significant escalation between the two sides, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced today (Tuesday) that air defense systems shot down 416 Ukrainian drones and 16 HIMARS missiles belonging to Ukrainian forces in the past 24 hours.
It stated in a statement that air defense systems intercepted 3 guided aerial bombs, 16 American-made HIMARS missiles, and 416 drones.
Deliberate Targeting of Civilians
A drone attack resulted in the death of 4 people in the part of the Kherson region in southern Ukraine controlled by Russia, and the local governor appointed by Moscow, Vladimir Saldo, accused Kyiv today of deliberately targeting civilians.
The head of the military administration in Chernihiv province in northern Ukraine, Vladimir Chernov, announced that a facility in the vital infrastructure of the city of Pryluky in the province was damaged due to Russian shelling, leading to partial power outages.
He told the Ukrainian newspaper "Obshchestvennoye Novosti": "There is no electricity in part of the city," confirming that all necessary services are operational on site.
Ukrainian sources reported power outages in the city of Sumy in northern Ukraine, with damage to infrastructure facilities and an energy facility, as well as railway infrastructure.
Drone Interceptions
In Moscow, Russia announced that it intercepted 184 Ukrainian drones overnight, while Kyiv continued to strike Russian territories with drones for the second consecutive day in one of the most intense attacks since the war began over three years ago.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that its forces shot down 62 drones over the Kursk region and 31 over the Belgorod region adjacent to the border with Ukraine. The ministry announced yesterday that it intercepted 250 drones launched by Kyiv.
Russia reported that two people were killed on Monday by a Ukrainian strike targeting the border region of Belgorod, following the largest Ukrainian drone attack since the war began three years ago. Both sides reported power outages.
Kyiv Threatens Moscow
Kyiv vowed to Moscow to increase strikes deep into Russian territory and target oil facilities, considering it a legitimate response to the daily Russian strikes on Ukrainian cities and energy facilities that sometimes deprive millions of people of electricity and heating.
The retaliatory strikes carried out by Ukraine on Russian oil refineries in recent months have led to fuel shortages in many Russian regions and pushed oil prices up.
Purchase of Patriot Missiles
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Washington has lifted the ban on purchasing American "Patriot" air defense missile systems, but the funding issue remains. He said in a press briefing, clips of which were shared via the Telegram channel "Novosti Live": "The Americans have lifted the ban on purchasing Patriot missiles, not just the missiles, but the systems as well. The issue is just a matter of money." He added that once the ban is lifted diplomatically, other issues arise that are lacking. Therefore, I rely on frozen assets.
