كشفت وسائل إعلام فلسطينية، اليوم (الخميس)، طلب حركة «حماس» مزيداً من الوقت لمراجعة الشروط الواردة في خطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، مشيرة إلى صعوبة عملية إطلاق سراح جميع المحتجزين الأحياء وتسليم جثث القتلى إلى الجانب الإسرائيلي خلال 72 ساعة.
تحفظ على بنود الخطة
وأفادت وكالة الأنباء الفلسطينية «معاً» بأن ممثلي الحركة أكدوا تحفظاتهم على بعض بنود الخطة المكونة من 20 بندا، مشددين على ضرورة وجود ضمانات واضحة لالتزام إسرائيل بوقف الحرب.
وأشار الممثلون إلى أنهم يحتاجون إلى جداول زمنية لانسحاب إسرائيل، وبند نزع سلاح «حماس»، مؤكدين أن إطلاق سراح جميع الرهائن الـ 48 خلال 72 ساعة، كما هو محدد في خطة ترمب، سيكون صعبا.
وتشدد حركة حماس على ضرورة إطلاق سراح الرهائن تدريجيا، بدلا من الالتزام بالموعد النهائي المحدد في الخطة الأمريكية، إلا أن المشكلة الرئيسية تكمن في أن الحركة تعجز عن التواصل مع الجماعات التي تحتجز الرهائن بسبب كثافة العمليات الإسرائيلية في غزة، وتفتقر أيضا إلى معلومات دقيقة حول مواقع المحتجزين وحالتهم الصحية الحالية.
20 رهينة و28 جثة
ومازالت حركة «حماس» تحتجز 20 أسيراً على قيد الحياة وجثث 28 آخرين في غزة، لكن خطة ترمب تدعو إلى وقف كامل للعمليات القتالية والإفراج عن الرهائن الذين تحتجزهم «حماس» خلال 72 ساعة.
وتقترح الوثيقة وضع قطاع غزة تحت إدارة خارجية لفترة انتقالية، ومنح سكان القطاع فرصة المغادرة والعودة.
مشاورات بين الفصائل
وتجري حركة حماس مشاورات مع الفصائل والوسطاء حول خطة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بشأن إيقاف الحرب في قطاع غزة، غير أن الفصائل لا تزال تبدي مخاوفها تجاه بعض البنود الغامضة بخطة الرئيس الأمريكي ووضعت ملاحظات عليها.
وأكدت الفصائل أن الخطة التي قدمت للقادة العرب تختلف عن التي تسلمتها، مبينة أنها تريد ضمانات واضحة لالتزام إسرائيل بوقف الحرب، كما تريد ربط تسليم الأسرى بجداول انسحاب إسرائيل من غزة.
Palestinian media revealed today (Thursday) that the Hamas movement has requested more time to review the conditions outlined in U.S. President Donald Trump's plan, noting the difficulty of releasing all living detainees and handing over the bodies of the deceased to the Israeli side within 72 hours.
Reservations on the Plan's Provisions
The Palestinian news agency "Ma'an" reported that representatives of the movement confirmed their reservations regarding some provisions of the 20-point plan, emphasizing the need for clear guarantees of Israel's commitment to ceasefire.
They indicated that they need timelines for Israel's withdrawal and a clause regarding the disarmament of Hamas, asserting that the release of all 48 hostages within 72 hours, as specified in Trump's plan, would be difficult.
Hamas stresses the necessity of releasing the hostages gradually, rather than adhering to the deadline set in the U.S. plan. However, the main problem lies in the movement's inability to communicate with the groups holding the hostages due to the intensity of Israeli operations in Gaza, and it also lacks accurate information about the locations of the detainees and their current health conditions.
20 Hostages and 28 Bodies
Hamas is still holding 20 living prisoners and the bodies of 28 others in Gaza, but Trump's plan calls for a complete cessation of hostilities and the release of the hostages held by Hamas within 72 hours.
The document proposes placing the Gaza Strip under external administration for a transitional period, allowing the residents of the area the opportunity to leave and return.
Consultations Among Factions
Hamas is conducting consultations with factions and mediators regarding U.S. President Donald Trump's plan to stop the war in the Gaza Strip; however, the factions still express concerns about some ambiguous provisions in the U.S. plan and have noted their observations on it.
The factions confirmed that the plan presented to Arab leaders differs from the one they received, indicating that they want clear guarantees of Israel's commitment to ceasefire, and they also want to link the release of prisoners to timelines for Israel's withdrawal from Gaza.
