أعرب رئيس جنوب أفريقيا ماتاميلا سيريل رامافوسا عن القلق بشأن انتهاك بعض الدول للقانون الدولي وتحديها قرارات وأحكام الأمم المتحدة من هيئات مثل محكمة العدل الدولية.
وأشار إلى القضية التي رفعتها بلاده أمام محكمة العدل الدولية بشأن التزامات إسرائيل بتنفيذ اتفاقية منع جريمة الإبادة الجماعية في غزة.
ولفت النظر إلى تدهور الأوضاع الإنسانية والأمنية في مناطق منها غزة والسودان الكونغو الديمقراطية.
جاء ذلك في كلمته أمس في اجتماعات الدورة الـ80 للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة رفيعة المستوى التي تُعقد هذا العام بين 23 و29 سبتمبر.
وتحدث عن جهود بلاده في مكافحة الفقر والحد من البطالة ومعالجة الأسباب الجذرية لانعدام المساواة. وعلى صعيد السياسة الخارجية قال إن بلاده تسعى للحفاظ على السلام العالمي وتسوية الخلافات عبر المفاوضات والحوار.

He highlighted the deterioration of humanitarian and security conditions in areas such as Gaza and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
This was stated in his speech yesterday at the high-level meetings of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, which is being held this year from September 23 to 29.
He spoke about his country's efforts to combat poverty, reduce unemployment, and address the root causes of inequality. In terms of foreign policy, he stated that his country seeks to maintain global peace and resolve disputes through negotiations and dialogue.
