هاجم الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، بشدة، دور الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، مؤكدا أن الولايات المتحدة «لم تحصل على أي شيء من الأمم المتحدة» في مساعيها لوقف الحروب.
وخلال كلمته، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، 23 سبتمبر 2025، أمام الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في نيويورك، وصف ترمب، المنظمة بأنها «مصعد توقف في منتصف طريقه»، مشيرا إلى أن «إمكاناتها هائلة ولكنها ليست قريبة من تحقيق هذه الإمكانات»، وأن «خطاباتها الفارغة لا تنهي الحروب».
إنهاء 7 حروب
وأضاف: «الأمم المتحدة لم تقف إلى جانبنا في مسعانا لوقف الحروب، ولم تحاول التدخل في 7 حروب قمت بإنهائها»، مؤكدا أنه «بكامل لياقته على عكس الأمم المتحدة».
وشدد على أن «ما يهمه إنقاذ الأرواح وإنهاء الحروب وليس الحصول على الجوائز»، مع تكرار هذا التصريح مرتين للتأكيد على أولوياته.
إنجازات إدارته
وزعم ترمب أنه أنهى 7 حروب، بعضها استمر نحو 30 عاما، «دون مساعدة من أحد»، مشيرا إلى أن إدارته نجحت في وقف «غزو المهاجرين»، داعيا جميع الدول إلى مواجهة الهجرة التي وصفها بأنها «تدمر الأوطان».
وأشاد بـ«العصر الذهبي لأمريكا» في ولايته الحالية، مؤكدا أنه يعمل على «عكس الكارثة الاقتصادية التي تسببت فيها الإدارة السابقة»، متهما سلفه جو بايدن بـ«قيادة العالم إلى أزمات دولية».
وأشار إلى أن الولايات المتحدة تمتلك اليوم «أقوى اقتصاد وجيش وعلاقات»، مضيفا أن حلف الناتو «أصبح أقوى من أي وقت مضى» بفضل التزام الدول الأعضاء بخطته لزيادة الإنفاق العسكري.
كما أكد أن الولايات المتحدة قبل ثلاث سنوات «كانت مضحكة جدا»، مشيدا بالتقدم الذي أحرزته تحت قيادته.
علاقات ترمب مع السعودية والخليج
وأكد ترمب أنه بنى «علاقات ثمينة» مع المملكة العربية السعودية ودول الخليج، معتبرا أن هذه العلاقات دعمت جهوده في تحقيق الاستقرار، كما أعلن مد «يد الصداقة لأي دولة مستعدة للانضمام إلينا لبناء عالم أكثر أمنا وازدهارا».
الصراع الفلسطيني-الإسرائيلي
واعتبر ترمب أن الاعترافات الدولية بدولة فلسطينية هي «جائزة لحماس» و«جائزة جديدة لحماس»، متهما الحركة بأنها «رفضت وبشكل متكرر العروض المنطقية لإحلال السلام».
وطالب بـ«عدم الاستسلام لمطالب حماس»، مؤكدا أن «عليها الإفراج عن الرهائن فورا»، وتحديدا «جميع الرهائن العشرين الآن»، مشددا على أن واشنطن «تريد إطلاق سراح الإسرائيليين دفعة واحدة وليس على مراحل».
وأضاف: «علينا أن ننهي الحرب في غزة وأن نتفاوض على السلام وإعادة الرهائن فورا»، مشيرا إلى أن إدارته تسعى لتحقيق «وقف لإطلاق النار في غزة»، لكنه اتهم حماس برفض «كل العروض» المقدمة.
الحرب في أوكرانيا
كما اتهم ترمب دول الناتو والهند والصين بـ«تمويل الحرب الروسية على أوكرانيا» من خلال شراء النفط الروسي، مهددا بفرض «عقوبات جديدة على روسيا» إذا لم تتوقف هذه الدول عن ذلك.
وأعرب عن أسفه لعدم تمكنه من إنهاء الحرب في أوكرانيا خلال 24 ساعة كما وعد قبل توليه الرئاسة في يناير 2025، قائلا: «كنت أعتقد أنها أسهل حرب سأوقفها بسبب علاقتي ببوتين.. لكن الأمور صعبة، كان يمكن لهذه الحرب أن تكون قصيرة، ولكنها شوهت تاريخ روسيا»، كما طالب بـ«إنهاء الحرب في أوكرانيا التي شوهت صورة روسيا».
انتقادات للأمم المتحدة
وانتقد ترمب عملية بناء مقر الأمم المتحدة، زاعما أنها «شابها الفساد»، مستذكرا عرضه السابق لتجديد المبنى بتكلفة أقل.
وتساءل عن «الغرض من الأمم المتحدة»، معتبرا أن دوره الشخصي في إنهاء 7 حروب يستحق «جائزة نوبل للسلام»، لكنه كرر أن «أولويتي هي إنقاذ الأرواح». وأضاف: «عليّ إنهاء الحروب بدلا من الأمم المتحدة».
تحذيرات لأوروبا
وحذر ترمب من أن «أوروبا في خطر داهم وتدمر نفسها بنفسها»، قائلا: «أوروبا في ورطة خطيرة، لقد تم غزوها من قِبَل قوة من المهاجرين غير الشرعيين لم يشهد العالم مثلها من قبل»، كما دعا إلى مواجهة التحديات العالمية لضمان أمن أكبر وازدهار.

During his speech today (Tuesday), September 23, 2025, before the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Trump described the organization as "a stop elevator halfway through its journey," noting that "its potential is enormous but it is far from realizing this potential," and that "its empty speeches do not end wars."
Ending 7 Wars
He added: "The United Nations did not stand by us in our efforts to stop wars, and it did not try to intervene in the 7 wars I ended," emphasizing that he is "in full shape unlike the United Nations."
He stressed that "what matters to him is saving lives and ending wars, not winning awards," repeating this statement twice to emphasize his priorities.
Achievements of His Administration
Trump claimed that he ended 7 wars, some of which lasted nearly 30 years, "without help from anyone," pointing out that his administration succeeded in stopping the "invasion of migrants," calling on all countries to confront immigration, which he described as "destroying nations."
He praised the "golden age of America" during his current term, asserting that he is working to "reverse the economic disaster caused by the previous administration," accusing his predecessor Joe Biden of "leading the world into international crises."
He noted that the United States today has "the strongest economy, military, and relationships," adding that NATO "has become stronger than ever" thanks to member countries' commitment to his plan to increase military spending.
He also confirmed that the United States three years ago "was very laughable," praising the progress made under his leadership.
Trump's Relations with Saudi Arabia and the Gulf
Trump affirmed that he built "valuable relationships" with Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries, considering these relationships supported his efforts to achieve stability, and he extended "a hand of friendship to any country willing to join us in building a safer and more prosperous world."
The Palestinian-Israeli Conflict
Trump considered international recognition of a Palestinian state as "a prize for Hamas" and "a new prize for Hamas," accusing the movement of "repeatedly rejecting logical offers for peace."
He called for "not yielding to Hamas's demands," emphasizing that "they must release the hostages immediately," specifically "all twenty hostages now," stressing that Washington "wants the release of the Israelis all at once, not in stages."
He added: "We must end the war in Gaza and negotiate peace and the immediate return of the hostages," noting that his administration is working towards achieving "a ceasefire in Gaza," but he accused Hamas of rejecting "all offers" made.
The War in Ukraine
Trump also accused NATO countries, India, and China of "financing the Russian war on Ukraine" by purchasing Russian oil, threatening to impose "new sanctions on Russia" if these countries do not stop.
He expressed regret that he was unable to end the war in Ukraine within 24 hours as he promised before taking office in January 2025, saying: "I thought it would be the easiest war to stop because of my relationship with Putin... but things are difficult; this war could have been short, but it has distorted Russia's history," and he called for "ending the war in Ukraine that has tarnished Russia's image."
Criticism of the United Nations
Trump criticized the process of building the United Nations headquarters, claiming it was "tainted by corruption," recalling his previous offer to renovate the building at a lower cost.
He questioned "the purpose of the United Nations," considering that his personal role in ending 7 wars deserves "the Nobel Peace Prize," but he reiterated that "my priority is saving lives." He added: "I have to end wars instead of the United Nations."
Warnings to Europe
Trump warned that "Europe is in grave danger and is destroying itself," saying: "Europe is in serious trouble; it has been invaded by a force of illegal migrants the world has never seen before," and he called for confronting global challenges to ensure greater security and prosperity.
