أشادت رابطةُ العالم الإسلامي بتثمين كبير، بقرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة اليوم، اعتماد «إعلان نيويورك» الصادر عن المؤتمر الدولي -رفيع المستوى- لتسوية القضية الفلسطينية بالحلول السِّلميّة وتنفيذ حلّ الدَّولَتين، الذي رأَسته المملكة العربية السعودية بالشراكة مع فرنسا.
تثمين الموقف الثابت للمملكة تجاه القضية الفلسطينية
وجدَّد الأمين العام لرابطة العالم الإسلامي رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى، التأكيدَ على تثمين الرابطة باسم الشعوب الإسلامية للموقف الثابت للمملكة تجاه القضية الفلسطينية، من خلال التحالف الدولي لتنفيذ حلّ الدَّولَتين الذي أطلقته المملكة، وكذا رئاستها اللجنة الوزارية العربية الإسلامية المُشتَركة، وصولًا إلى رعايتها ورئاستها لمؤتمر تسوية القضية الفلسطينية بالحلول السِّلميّة وتنفيذ حلّ الدَّولَتين بالشراكة مع فرنسا، الذي تُوّج بهذا القرار التاريخيّ من الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة باعتماد وثيقته الختامية بأغلبية ساحقة.
The Muslim World League praised, with great appreciation, the decision of the United Nations General Assembly today to adopt the "New York Declaration" issued by the high-level international conference aimed at resolving the Palestinian issue through peaceful solutions and implementing the two-state solution, which was chaired by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in partnership with France.
Appreciation for the Kingdom's Steadfast Position on the Palestinian Issue
The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and President of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, reiterated the League's appreciation, on behalf of the Islamic peoples, for the Kingdom's steadfast position on the Palestinian issue through the international coalition to implement the two-state solution initiated by the Kingdom, as well as its presidency of the joint Arab-Islamic ministerial committee, culminating in its sponsorship and presidency of the conference to resolve the Palestinian issue through peaceful solutions and implement the two-state solution in partnership with France, which was crowned by this historic decision from the United Nations General Assembly adopting its final document by an overwhelming majority.
