كشفت مصادر باكستانية أن غالبية بنود مسودة الاتفاق المطروحة لإنهاء الحرب بين أمريكا وإيران تحظى بموافقة الطرفين.
وأفادت المصادر بأن مسودة الاتفاق تضع جدولاً زمنياً لإنهاء كافة الإجراءات العدائية وجولات التفاوض القادمة، وتتضمن إنهاء الحرب بشكل كامل وإعادة فتح مضيق هرمز أمام الملاحة الدولية. وبحسب المصادر، فإن الطرفين أقرب لتوقيع اتفاق مبدئي لإنهاء الحرب والشروع في عملية تفاوضية قد تستغرق أشهراً.
وذكرت المصادر أن المفاوضات جرت أخيراً، بشكل غير مباشر بين المبعوث الأمريكي ستيف ويتكوف ومسؤولين إيرانيين، وأن مسودة الاتفاق تضمنت بنوداً بشأن اليورانيوم المخصب والإفراج عن أموال إيران المجمدة.
ولفتت إلى أن الجانب الإيراني أكد عدم رغبته في امتلاك سلاح نووي وأن واشنطن رحبت بذلك.
من جهته، أكد الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب لصحيفة «نيويورك بوست»، أنه من السابق لأوانه التفكير في محادثات مباشرة مع إيران. وهدد إيران بالعودة إلى القصف بكثافة وقوة أكبر إذا لم توافق على المقترح المطروح. وقال ترمب على «تروث سوشيال» إنه على افتراض موافقة إيران سيتم إنهاء عملية «الغضب الملحمي»، كما سيتم رفع الحصار الذي وصفه بـ«الفعال» بمضيق هرمز أمام الجميع، بما في ذلك إيران. وشدد على أنه في حال رفضت إيران المقترح، فسيتم استئناف القصف بكثافة أعلى بكثير من المستوى السابق.
وكان موقع «أكسيوس» نقل تفاصيل حول المفاوضات الجارية بين إيران وأمريكا، مؤكداً أن الطرفين يقتربان من التوصل إلى مذكرة من صفحة واحدة لإنهاء الحرب.
ولفت إلى أن واشنطن تتوقع رداً على نقاط رئيسية من إيران خلال 48 ساعة.
وأفاد بأن الاتفاق سيضمن إفراج أمريكا عن أموال إيران المجمدة تدريجياً، إضافة لرفع القيود المفروضة على العبور من مضيق هرمز. وتضع مذكرة الاتفاق إطاراً لمفاوضات نووية أكثر تفصيلاً، وستلتزم طهران بنظام تفتيش نووي معزز.
وحسب «أكسيوس»، فإن نقل اليورانيوم المخصب إلى أمريكا من الخيارات المطروحة، إذ أكد مصدران مطلعان أن إيران وافقت على إخراج اليورانيوم عالي التخصيب.
من جانبه ،قال مصدر إيراني مطلع لوكالة "تسنيم"، الأربعاء، إن المقترح الأمريكي الجديد يتضمن بعض البنود غير المقبولة، معتبراً أن استخدام واشنطن للغة التهديد أمر غير فعال، وقد يؤدي إلى تفاقم الوضع بالنسبة لأمريكا.
وكان متحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية،أفاد بأن طهران تقيم مقترح السلام الأمريكي المكون من 14 بندا، وستسلم ردها إلى باكستان.
Pakistani sources revealed that the majority of the items in the draft agreement proposed to end the war between the U.S. and Iran have the approval of both parties.
Sources indicated that the draft agreement sets a timeline for ending all hostilities and upcoming rounds of negotiations, and includes a complete end to the war and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz to international navigation. According to the sources, the two sides are closer to signing a preliminary agreement to end the war and initiate a negotiation process that could take months.
The sources mentioned that negotiations recently took place indirectly between U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff and Iranian officials, and that the draft agreement included provisions regarding enriched uranium and the release of Iran's frozen funds.
It was noted that the Iranian side confirmed its lack of desire to possess nuclear weapons and that Washington welcomed this.
For his part, U.S. President Donald Trump told the "New York Post" that it is too early to think about direct talks with Iran. He threatened Iran with a return to bombing with greater intensity and force if it does not agree to the proposed terms. Trump stated on "Truth Social" that assuming Iran agrees, the process of "epic anger" will be ended, and the blockade he described as "effective" in the Strait of Hormuz will be lifted for everyone, including Iran. He emphasized that if Iran rejects the proposal, bombing will resume at a much higher intensity than before.
Axios reported details about the ongoing negotiations between Iran and the U.S., confirming that the two sides are nearing a one-page memorandum to end the war.
It noted that Washington expects a response from Iran on key points within 48 hours.
It reported that the agreement will ensure the gradual release of Iran's frozen funds by the U.S., in addition to lifting restrictions on passage through the Strait of Hormuz. The memorandum of agreement lays out a framework for more detailed nuclear negotiations, and Tehran will commit to an enhanced nuclear inspection regime.
According to Axios, transferring enriched uranium to the U.S. is among the proposed options, as two informed sources confirmed that Iran agreed to remove highly enriched uranium.
For his part, an informed Iranian source told the "Tasnim" agency on Wednesday that the new U.S. proposal includes some unacceptable terms, considering that Washington's use of threatening language is ineffective and could exacerbate the situation for the U.S.
A spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry stated that Tehran is evaluating the U.S. peace proposal consisting of 14 points and will deliver its response to Pakistan.
