اتهمت قوة الأمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان (يونيفيل) إسرائيل من خلال طائرة مسيرة بإسقاط 4 قنابل يدوية بالقرب من قوات حفظ السلام صباح أمس (الثلاثاء)، خلال عملها على إزالة الحواجز التي تعيق الوصول إلى موقع تابع للأمم المتحدة قرب الخط الأزرق.
وأفادت «اليونيفيل» في منشور على حسابها في «إكس» بأن هذا الهجوم من أخطر الهجمات على أفراد اليونيفيل وممتلكاتها منذ اتفاق وقف الأعمال العدائية في نوفمبر، مشيرة إلى أن أي أعمال تعرض قوات حفظ السلام التابعة للأمم المتحدة وممتلكاتها للخطر، أو تتدخل في مهامها المفوضة بها غير مقبولة، وتشكل انتهاكاً خطيراً للقرار 1701 والقانون الدولي.
وحملت الجيش الإسرائيلي مسؤولية ضمان سلامة وأمن قوات حفظ السلام أثناء أداء مهماتها المفوضة من مجلس الأمن.
يذكر أن قوات يونيفيل تعرضت خلال العملية البرية الإسرائيلية في لبنان أكتوبر الماضي، لإطلاق نار متكرر واقتحم دبابتان إسرائيليتان بوابات إحدى قواعدها، وأصيب عدد من أفرادها.
وقالت يونيفيل، إن مقراتها ومواقع تابعة لها في الجنوب على طول الخط الأزرق، تعرضت إلى إطلاق نار من قبل الجيش الإسرائيلي، مبينة أن اثنين من أفرادها أصيبا بنيران قصف مدفعي إسرائيلي.
وفي مايو الماضي، قال اليونيفيل، أن نيراناً مباشرة أطلقها الجيش الإسرائيلي أصابت محيط أحد مواقعها لحفظ السلام في جنوب لبنان.

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) accused Israel, via a drone, of dropping 4 hand grenades near peacekeeping forces yesterday morning (Tuesday), while working to remove barriers obstructing access to a UN site near the Blue Line.
UNIFIL reported in a post on its account on "X" that this attack is one of the most serious attacks on UNIFIL personnel and property since the ceasefire agreement in November, noting that any actions that endanger UN peacekeeping forces and their property, or interfere with their mandated missions, are unacceptable and constitute a serious violation of Resolution 1701 and international law.
It held the Israeli army responsible for ensuring the safety and security of peacekeeping forces while they carry out their mandated missions from the Security Council.
It is worth mentioning that UNIFIL forces were subjected to repeated gunfire during the Israeli ground operation in Lebanon last October, and two Israeli tanks breached the gates of one of its bases, injuring several of its personnel.
UNIFIL stated that its headquarters and sites in the south along the Blue Line were subjected to gunfire from the Israeli army, indicating that two of its personnel were injured by Israeli artillery fire.
In May, UNIFIL reported that direct fire from the Israeli army struck the vicinity of one of its peacekeeping sites in southern Lebanon.
