توقّع نائب وزير خارجية أوكرانيا، سيرغي كيسليتسا، اليوم (السبت)، أن يكون «مشروع الضمانات الأمنية» المقدّم لأوكرانيا جاهزاً خلال الأسبوع القادم، مؤكداً أن العمل على المسار السياسي قد يبدأ بعد اعتماد الضمانات الأمنية.
وكشف كيسليتسا عن وجود بعض التعقيدات في إعداد المسودة النهائية لحزمة الضمانات الأمنية.
وفي السياق ذاته، أكد الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي، اليوم، أن جميع الترتيبات الخاصة بوضع ضمانات أمنية لبلاده ما بعد الحرب ستكون جاهزة في الأيام القادمة، موضحاً في منشور على منصة «إكس»، بعد مكالمة هاتفية مع رئيس الوزراء الهولندي ديك شوف، أن فرقاً من أوكرانيا وأمريكا والشركاء الأوروبيين تعمل حالياً على صياغة هيكل هذه الضمانات.
وقال زيلينسكي: «هناك الآن فرصة حقيقية لإنهاء هذه الحرب، وأوكرانيا مستعدة لخطوات بنّاءة يمكن أن تقرّب السلام الحقيقي»، متهماً روسيا بعدم إبداء أي نية لتحقيق السلام من جانبها.
من جهته، قال رئيس الوزراء الهولندي ديك شوف إن هولندا ستبذل كل ما في وسعها لوضع حدّ للحرب، داعياً الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين إلى الجلوس على طاولة المفاوضات في أقرب وقت ممكن.
وكان الرئيس الفنلندي ألكسندر ستوب قد صرّح عبر التلفزيون المحلي، اليوم، بأنه من غير المرجّح أن يلتقي بوتين مع زيلينسكي قريباً، مشيراً إلى أن صبر الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بدأ ينفد.
وكان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب قد أوضح للحكومة الأوكرانية ضرورة قبولها باتفاقية هدنة تتم بشكل رئيسي وفقاً لشروط روسيا، وذلك بحسب ما نقلته شبكة «إن بي سي نيوز» عن مصدر في البيت الأبيض.
وقال مصدر آخر للشبكة التلفزيونية إن إدارة ترمب ليست مستعدة للاستسلام في مسألة تسوية النزاع، لكنها مقتنعة بأنه لا يمكن حله بالوسائل العسكرية.
بدوره، قال رئيس اللجنة العسكرية لحلف الناتو، جوزيبي كافو دراغون، إن الحلف لا يناقش مسألة إرسال وحدات عسكرية إلى أوكرانيا لضمان الأمن، ولم يُطرح الموضوع داخل الحلف، بل يُعد مسألة سياسية ترتبط بالمفاوضات مع موسكو.
ولفت إلى أن بعض الدول ناقشت الأمر بشكل منفرد، لكنه لا يزال في مراحله الأولى، مؤكداً أن الحلف يركّز على حماية مواطنيه قبل كل شيء.
وفي السياق ذاته، استدعت وزارة الخارجية الفرنسية سفيرة إيطاليا، إيمانويلا داليساندرو، إثر تصريحات أدلى بها نائب رئيسة الوزراء الإيطالية، ماتيو سالفيني، قال فيها لماكرون: «اذهب أنت إلى هناك إذا أردت، ارتدِ خوذتك وسترتك، واحمل بندقيتك، واذهب إلى أوكرانيا»، بحسب مصدر دبلوماسي فرنسي.
Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Serhiy Kyslytsia expected today (Saturday) that the "security guarantees project" presented to Ukraine would be ready within the next week, confirming that work on the political track could begin after the security guarantees are adopted.
Kyslytsia revealed that there are some complications in preparing the final draft of the security guarantees package.
In the same context, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed today that all arrangements for establishing security guarantees for his country post-war would be ready in the coming days, explaining in a post on the "X" platform, after a phone call with Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof, that teams from Ukraine, the U.S., and European partners are currently working on drafting the structure of these guarantees.
Zelensky said: "There is now a real opportunity to end this war, and Ukraine is ready for constructive steps that could bring about real peace," accusing Russia of showing no intention to achieve peace on its part.
For his part, Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof stated that the Netherlands would do everything in its power to put an end to the war, calling on Russian President Vladimir Putin to sit at the negotiating table as soon as possible.
Finnish President Alexander Stubb stated via local television today that it is unlikely that Putin will meet with Zelensky soon, noting that U.S. President Donald Trump's patience is wearing thin.
U.S. President Donald Trump had clarified to the Ukrainian government the necessity of accepting a ceasefire agreement primarily based on Russia's terms, according to what NBC News reported from a source in the White House.
Another source told the network that the Trump administration is not ready to give up on resolving the conflict but is convinced that it cannot be solved through military means.
For his part, the Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, stated that the alliance is not discussing the issue of sending military units to Ukraine to ensure security, and the topic has not been raised within the alliance; it is considered a political matter related to negotiations with Moscow.
He noted that some countries have discussed the matter individually, but it is still in its early stages, emphasizing that the alliance focuses on protecting its citizens above all else.
In the same context, the French Foreign Ministry summoned the Italian Ambassador, Emanuela D'Alessandro, following remarks made by Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini, who told Macron: "You go there if you want, wear your helmet and jacket, carry your rifle, and go to Ukraine," according to a French diplomatic source.
