توغلت قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، اليوم (الجمعة)، في قرى وبلدات محافظتي القنيطرة ودرعا في جنوب سورية، ونصبت الحواجز وفتشت واعتقلت عدداً من المدنيين.
وأفادت وكالة الأنباء السورية (سانا) بأن دورية مؤلفة من 6 مركبات تابعة للجيش الإسرائيلي دخلت فجر اليوم من جهة هضبة الجولان السورية المحتلة إلى بلدة عابدين في منطقة حوض اليرموك غربي درعا، واعتقلت 3 شبان قبل أن تغادر المنطقة وتفرج عن الشبان الثلاثة في وقت لاحق.
ولفتت الوكالة إلى أن 4 آليات تابعة للجيش الإسرائيلي توغلت في قرية العجرف في القنيطرة، وقامت بتفتيش عدد من المنازل داخل القرية، ونصبت حاجزاً عسكرياً على مدخلها.
ومنذ سقوط نظام بشار الأسد في الثامن من شهر ديسمبر الماضي، تشن قوات الاحتلال عمليات توغّل بري في أرياف دمشق والقنيطرة ودرعا.
في غضون ذلك، نقلت «اندبندنت عربية» عن مصادر سورية رفيعة المستوى قولها: إن سورية وإسرائيل ستوقعان اتفاقاً أمنياً برعاية الولايات المتحدة يوم 25 سبتمبر القادم. وأفادت بأن خطاباً للرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع في نيويورك سيسبق التوقيع على الاتفاق، ضمن مشاركته في اجتماعات الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة.
لكن المصادر أكدت أن تل أبيب ودمشق لن توقعا اتفاق سلام شاملاً في المستقبل القريب، وسيقتصر الاتفاق على الجانب الأمني لوقف التوترات بين البلدين. وبحسب المصادر، فإن الجانبين اتفقا على نحو 80% من النقاط.
وحسب الوكالة العربية السورية للأنباء (سانا)، فإن وزير الخارجية أسعد الشيباني اجتمع مع وفد إسرائيلي الثلاثاء الماضي.
وقالت الوكالة إن النقاشات تركزت على خفض التصعيد وعدم التدخل بالشأن السوري الداخلي، والتوصل إلى تفاهمات تدعم الاستقرار في المنطقة، ومراقبة وقف إطلاق النار في محافظة السويداء.
وتطرق الاجتماع إلى إعادة تفعيل اتفاق فض الاشتباك بين إسرائيل وسورية الموقع عام 1974، الذي أُنشئت بموجبه منطقة عازلة تحت إشراف الأمم المتحدة في هضبة الجولان المحتلة.

Israeli occupation forces penetrated today (Friday) into the villages and towns of Quneitra and Daraa governorates in southern Syria, setting up checkpoints, searching, and arresting a number of civilians.
The Syrian news agency (SANA) reported that a patrol consisting of 6 vehicles belonging to the Israeli army entered at dawn today from the direction of the occupied Golan Heights into the town of Abdeen in the Yarmouk Basin area west of Daraa, and arrested 3 young men before leaving the area and releasing the three young men later.
The agency noted that 4 vehicles belonging to the Israeli army penetrated the village of Al-Ajraf in Quneitra, searched several houses within the village, and set up a military checkpoint at its entrance.
Since the fall of Bashar al-Assad's regime on December 8 of last year, the occupation forces have been conducting ground incursions in the rural areas of Damascus, Quneitra, and Daraa.
In the meantime, "Independent Arabia" quoted high-level Syrian sources as saying that Syria and Israel will sign a security agreement under the auspices of the United States on September 25. It reported that a speech by Syrian President Ahmad al-Shara in New York will precede the signing of the agreement, as part of his participation in the United Nations General Assembly meetings.
However, the sources confirmed that Tel Aviv and Damascus will not sign a comprehensive peace agreement in the near future, and the agreement will be limited to the security aspect to stop tensions between the two countries. According to the sources, the two sides have agreed on about 80% of the points.

The meeting also addressed the reactivation of the disengagement agreement between Israel and Syria signed in 1974, which established a buffer zone under the supervision of the United Nations in the occupied Golan Heights.
