كشفت موقع «إكسيوس»، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، مقترحات لمشاركة القوات الجوية الأمريكية في الضمانات لأوكرانيا وذلك بالتفاهم مع الدول الأوروبية.
ونقل الموقع عن مصدرين مطلعين على المناقشات، اليوم، أنه من المتوقع أن يعمل مسؤولون كبار من الولايات المتحدة وأوكرانيا وعدد من الدول الأوروبية في الأيام القادمة على اقتراح مفصل بشأن ضمانات أمنية لأوكرانيا، مرجحين أن يشمل ذلك احتمال وجود دور للقوة الجوية الأمريكية في الضمانات لأوكرانيا.
وأفاد الموقع أن الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين طالب أن تكون الصين ضامنة للاتفاق مع أمريكا والأوروبيين، مبيناً أن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب قال لبوتين خلال اتصال هاتفي أمس أن عليه أن يكون واقعياً.
وكان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب قد أكد في حوار مع «فوكس نيوز»، أن أوكرانيا ستحظى بضمانات أمنية، في حال التوصل لاتفاق لإنهاء الحرب، إلا أن هذه الضمانات ستكون بعيدة عن حلف الناتو.
من جهة أخرى، أكدت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية الروسية ماريا زاخاروفا اليوم أن كييف لا تزال ترفض استعادة آلاف العسكريين من القوات الأوكرانية الذين يتواجدون في الأسر لدى روسيا.
وكان مساعد الرئيس الروسي، رئيس الوفد المفاوض مع أوكرانيا فلاديمير ميدينسكي، قد قال إن روسيا قامت، وفقاً لاتفاقات إسطنبول، بنقل 1,000 جثة من العسكريين القتلى إلى أوكرانيا، بينما سلّمت كييف 19 جثة.

The site quoted two sources familiar with the discussions today, stating that senior officials from the United States, Ukraine, and several European countries are expected to work in the coming days on a detailed proposal regarding security guarantees for Ukraine, suggesting that this may include the possibility of a role for the U.S. Air Force in the guarantees for Ukraine.
The site reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded that China act as a guarantor of the agreement with the U.S. and Europeans, indicating that U.S. President Donald Trump told Putin during a phone call yesterday that he needs to be realistic.
U.S. President Donald Trump had confirmed in an interview with "Fox News" that Ukraine would receive security guarantees if an agreement is reached to end the war, but these guarantees would be far from NATO.
On another note, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova confirmed today that Kyiv still refuses to retrieve thousands of Ukrainian military personnel who are held captive in Russia.
Russian presidential aide and head of the negotiating delegation with Ukraine, Vladimir Medinsky, stated that Russia had, according to the Istanbul agreements, transferred 1,000 bodies of fallen soldiers to Ukraine, while Kyiv had handed over 19 bodies.
