طالبت كتل سياسية بالبرلمان الأوروبي اليوم (الثلاثاء) الاتحاد الأوروبي بوقف الكارثة الإنسانية المتواصلة في قطاع غزة، مؤكدين أن هناك دلائل على جريمة إبادة جماعية في غزة.
ونددت الكتل البرلمانية الأوروبية بالصمت الدولي عن جرائم إسرائيل في غزة، موضحة أن العالم لا يستطيع الاستمرار في تجاهلها. مشددين على ضرورة تعليق اتفاق الشراكة مع إسرائيل لانتهاكاتها لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي.
من جهتها، قالت المفوضية الأوروبية إن الهجوم لاحتلال كامل قطاع غزة يمثل استفزازاً جديداً غير مقبول، مشددة على ضرورة ضمان وصول المساعدات، وإدانة الاستخدام المروع للعنف والتجويع في غزة، واحترام حقوق الإنسان.
في غضون ذلك، أوصى خبراء الأمم المتحدة الدول الأعضاء بفرض حظر شامل على تصدير الأسلحة إلى إسرائيل بسبب انتهاكاتها المتعددة للقانون الدولي، داعين إلى تفكيك «مؤسسة غزة الإنسانية» فوراً.
واتهم خبراء الأمم المتحدة إسرائيل بتنفيذ أهداف عسكرية وجيوسياسية تحت غطاء توزيع المساعدات، قائلين في بيان نُشر اليوم: «الفلسطينيون يدفعون ثمن إخفاق المجتمع الدولي القانوني والسياسي والأخلاقي».
وأضافوا: «يجب منع أو تأخير المساعدات كونها جريمة حرب تهدف إلى تجويع المدنيين في سياق إبادة جماعية موثقة ومدانة، ورؤية الأطفال يموتون جوعاً بين أيدي والديهم ينبغي أن تهزنا وتخرجنا من حالة التقاعس».
وشدد الخبراء بالقول: «مؤسسة غزة الإنسانية التي أنشأتها إسرائيل في فبراير 2025 بزعم توزيع المساعدات في غزة تعد مثالاً مقلقاً للغاية لكيفية استغلال الإغاثة الإنسانية من أجل أجندات عسكرية وجيوسياسية في انتهاك خطير للقانون الدولي».
وأشار الخبراء إلى أنهم لن يتركوا دولة متهمة بالإبادة الجماعية وجرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية تتولى المسؤولية عن إطعام الشعب الذي تقع عليه الإبادة الجماعية من دون رقابة وبإفلات من العقاب، مطالبين بتمكين الجهات الإنسانية في الأمم المتحدة والمجتمع المدني من استئناف توزيع المساعدات في غزة.

Political blocs in the European Parliament today (Tuesday) called on the European Union to stop the ongoing humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip, asserting that there are indications of a crime of genocide in Gaza.
The European parliamentary blocs condemned the international silence regarding Israel's crimes in Gaza, clarifying that the world cannot continue to ignore them. They emphasized the necessity of suspending the partnership agreement with Israel due to its violations of human rights and international law.
For its part, the European Commission stated that the attack to fully occupy the Gaza Strip represents an unacceptable new provocation, stressing the need to ensure the delivery of aid, condemn the horrific use of violence and starvation in Gaza, and respect human rights.
Meanwhile, UN experts recommended that member states impose a comprehensive ban on arms exports to Israel due to its multiple violations of international law, calling for the immediate dismantling of the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation."
UN experts accused Israel of pursuing military and geopolitical objectives under the guise of distributing aid, stating in a statement published today: "The Palestinians are paying the price for the failure of the international legal, political, and moral community."
They added: "Aid must be prevented or delayed as it constitutes a war crime aimed at starving civilians in the context of documented and condemned genocide, and seeing children die of hunger in their parents' arms should shake us and pull us out of our complacency."
The experts stressed: "The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation established by Israel in February 2025 under the pretext of distributing aid in Gaza is a very troubling example of how humanitarian relief is exploited for military and geopolitical agendas in serious violation of international law."
The experts pointed out that they will not allow a state accused of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity to take responsibility for feeding the people who are subject to genocide without oversight and with impunity, demanding that humanitarian actors in the UN and civil society be empowered to resume aid distribution in Gaza.
