للمرة الأولى منذ نحو 5 أشهر، دخلت شاحنتان محملتان بنحو 107 أطنان من الوقود إلى قطاع غزة، اليوم(الأحد). وأفاد شهود عيان بأن عشرات الشاحنات التي تحمل مساعدات إنسانية من الهلال الأحمر المصري والأمم المتحدة تستعد لدخول القطاع المدمر الذي يواجه مجاعة غير مسبوقة.
وبات دخول شاحنات الوقود والغذاء إلى غزة نادراً منذ شهر مارس الماضي عندما فرضت سلطة الاحتلال قيوداً على تدفق المساعدات والبضائع إلى القطاع، فيما زعمت أنه ضغط على حركة حماس لإطلاق سراح الرهائن المتبقين الذين احتجزتهم في هجومها على إسرائيل في أكتوبر 2023. وتسبب سوء التغذية في غزة خلال الأسابيع الماضية، في وفاة العشرات، وسجلت سبع وفيات أخرى، بينهم طفل، منذ يوم الجمعة.
وأفادت وكالات الأمم المتحدة، بأن عمليات الإسقاط الجوي للإمدادات الغذائية غير كافية، وطالبت إسرائيل بالسماح بدخول المزيد من المساعدات برا وتسهيل وصولها بسرعة.
ووفق وحدة تنسيق أعمال الحكومة في المناطق، وهي الهيئة العسكرية الإسرائيلية المسؤولة عن تنسيق المساعدات، فإن نحو 35 شاحنة دخلت غزة منذ يونيو، جميعها تقريبا في يوليو. ودخلت أكثر من 700 شاحنة وقود القطاع في يناير وفبراير خلال وقف إطلاق النار السابق، قبل أن تستأنف إسرائيل هجومها في مارس.
في غضون ذلك، أعلنت مصادر طبية مقتل 62 قتيلا فلسطينيا جراء قصف إسرائيلي على القطاع خلال 24 ساعة.
وكان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب أثار جدلاً حول المساعدات الأمريكية لغزة، عندما أعلن أن الولايات المتحدة قدمت 60 مليون دولار لدعم الغذاء في القطاع، في وقت كشفت وزارة الخارجية أن المبلغ المخصص هو 30 مليون دولار فقط. وصُرف جزء ضئيل من هذا المبلغ، وتحديدًا 3 ملايين دولار (10%)، لمؤسسة «غزة الإنسانية» (GHF)، وهي نظام لتوزيع الغذاء مدعوم من الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل، بحسب ما كشفت صحيفة «واشنطن بوست».

For the first time in about 5 months, two trucks loaded with approximately 107 tons of fuel entered the Gaza Strip today (Sunday). Eyewitnesses reported that dozens of trucks carrying humanitarian aid from the Egyptian Red Crescent and the United Nations are preparing to enter the devastated territory, which is facing unprecedented famine.
The entry of fuel and food trucks into Gaza has become rare since March, when the occupying authority imposed restrictions on the flow of aid and goods into the area, claiming it was pressure on Hamas to release the remaining hostages it took during its attack on Israel in October 2023. Meanwhile, medical sources announced the death of 62 Palestinians due to Israeli shelling on the territory within 24 hours.
