حكمت محكمة سويدية اليوم (الخميس) بالسجن مدى الحياة على الداعشي السويدي أسامة كريم وذلك بعد إدانته بتهمة المشاركة في قتل الطيار الأردني معاذ الكساسبة حرقا في سورية من جانب تنظيم داعش.
وقالت القاضية آنا ليلينبرغ غوليسيو في بيان صدر عن محكمة استوكهولم: «كان المتهم موجودا في مكان الإعدام بزي عسكري ومسلح ووافق عل تصويره وساهم بشكل حاسم في مقتل الضحية ويجب أن يعتبر مشاركا في تنفيذ الوقائع».
ووجهت النيابة السويدية لأسامة كريم (32 عاماً)، اتهامات بارتكاب جرائم حرب، وجرائم إرهابية خطيرة في سورية، إلى جانب عدد من الذين يُشتبه بانتمائهم لتنظيم داعش الإرهابي.
وكان تنظيم داعش الإرهابي أسقط في 24 ديسمبر 2014، طائرة إف-16 تابعة لسلاح الجو الأردني في سورية بالقرب من الرقة، وأسر الطيار معاذ الكساسبة في اليوم نفسه، وفي 3 فبراير 2015 نشر التنظيم الإرهابي عملية الإعدام، وُضع الكساسبة الذي كان يرتدي ملابس برتقالية اللون في قفص ثم أشعل أحد المسلحين الـ13 الذين ظهروا في الفيديو النار في القفص، ما أسفر عن مقتله.
وكان كريم سافر إلى سورية في سبتمبر 2014 للقتال إلى جانب تنظيم داعش الإرهابي وأدين سابقا في فرنسا وبروكسل لمشاركته في هجمات تنظيم داعش المميتة في هذه الدول.

A Swedish court today (Thursday) sentenced the Swedish ISIS member Osama Karim to life in prison after convicting him of participating in the burning murder of Jordanian pilot Muath al-Kasasbeh by ISIS in Syria.
Judge Anna Lillienberg Golisio stated in a statement issued by the Stockholm court: "The defendant was present at the execution site in military attire and armed, agreed to be filmed, and played a crucial role in the victim's death and should be considered a participant in the execution of the events."
The Swedish prosecution charged Osama Karim (32 years old) with committing war crimes and serious terrorist offenses in Syria, along with several others suspected of belonging to the ISIS terrorist organization.
ISIS had downed a Jordanian Air Force F-16 on December 24, 2014, in Syria near Raqqa, capturing pilot Muath al-Kasasbeh on the same day. On February 3, 2015, the terrorist organization published the execution operation, placing al-Kasasbeh, who was wearing orange clothing, in a cage, and one of the 13 armed men who appeared in the video set the cage on fire, resulting in his death.
Karim traveled to Syria in September 2014 to fight alongside the ISIS terrorist organization and had previously been convicted in France and Brussels for his involvement in ISIS's deadly attacks in those countries.
