ندّدت الخارجية السورية بمنع المليشيات المسلحة الخارجة عن القانون دخول قافلة مساعدات إنسانية إلى محافظة السويداء، رغم التنسيق الحكومي وتحضيرات متعددة شملت وزارات ومؤسسات رسمية. وحذّرت في بيان لها، اليوم (الأحد)، من تداعيات أمنية خطيرة نتيجة تصاعد التوتر في المنطقة.
وأفادت الوزارة بأنها باشرت -بالتنسيق مع وزارات الطوارئ والكوارث والصحة والشؤون الاجتماعية ومحافظي درعا والسويداء- التحضيرات اللازمة لتحريك قافلة إنسانية فور توافر الظروف الأمنية الملائمة.
وقالت إن القافلة التي تشمل ثلاثة وزراء ومحافظاً واحداً، مُنعت مرة أخرى من الدخول، وسُمح فقط لعدد محدود من سيارات منظمة الهلال الأحمر العربي السوري بالعبور، مضيفة أن القافلة تحمل إمدادات طبية ومساعدات إنسانية أساسية، بدعم من منظمات دولية ومحلية، وأن 20 سيارة إسعاف أرسلتها وزارة الصحة تم منع دخولها أيضاً.
وأوضح البيان أن الوزارة عملت مع الجهات المعنية على تأمين إجلاء عدد من موظفي وعاملي المنظمات الإنسانية والدولية المتواجدين في محافظة السويداء حرصاً على سلامتهم.
وعزت الخارجية السورية تدهور الوضع الأمني إلى التدخل الإسرائيلي السافر، وما تلاه من انسحاب قوات الأمن السورية، ما أدى إلى فقدان القدرة على بسط النظام والاستقرار في المنطقة، بما في ذلك القدرة على تهيئة الظروف المناسبة لمواصلة العمل الإنساني وتأمين الاحتياجات الأساسية للسكان المدنيين.
وأعربت الوزارة عن بالغ قلقها إزاء استمرار اختفاء رئيس مركز الدفاع المدني في السويداء، مؤكدة اختطافه قبل أربعة أيام على يد المليشيات المسلحة الخارجة عن القانون، ولا يزال مصيره وسلامته مجهولين حتى الآن.
وشددت على أن جهودها لن تتوقف، وأنها ستواصل التنسيق مع الشركاء المحليين والدوليين لمتابعة التطورات عن كثب حتى يتم إيصال جميع المساعدات اللازمة إلى أهلنا في السويداء، وضمان عودة جميع الأهالي والنازحين إلى منازلهم بأمان.
The Syrian Foreign Ministry condemned the armed militias operating outside the law for preventing a humanitarian aid convoy from entering the governorate of Suwayda, despite government coordination and multiple preparations involving ministries and official institutions. It warned in a statement today (Sunday) of serious security repercussions due to escalating tensions in the region.
The ministry reported that it has begun, in coordination with the Ministries of Emergency, Disaster, Health, and Social Affairs, as well as the governors of Daraa and Suwayda, the necessary preparations to mobilize a humanitarian convoy as soon as suitable security conditions are available.
It stated that the convoy, which includes three ministers and one governor, was once again prevented from entering, and only a limited number of vehicles from the Syrian Arab Red Crescent were allowed to pass. It added that the convoy carries medical supplies and essential humanitarian aid, supported by international and local organizations, and that 20 ambulances sent by the Ministry of Health were also denied entry.
The statement clarified that the ministry worked with the relevant authorities to secure the evacuation of several employees and workers of humanitarian and international organizations present in the governorate of Suwayda, in order to ensure their safety.
The Syrian Foreign Ministry attributed the deterioration of the security situation to blatant Israeli intervention, followed by the withdrawal of Syrian security forces, which led to a loss of the ability to establish order and stability in the region, including the capacity to create suitable conditions for continuing humanitarian work and securing the basic needs of the civilian population.
The ministry expressed its deep concern regarding the continued disappearance of the head of the Civil Defense Center in Suwayda, confirming his abduction four days ago by armed militias operating outside the law, and his fate and safety remain unknown to this day.
It emphasized that its efforts will not cease and that it will continue to coordinate with local and international partners to closely monitor developments until all necessary aid reaches our people in Suwayda and to ensure the safe return of all residents and displaced persons to their homes.
