أعربت الرئاسة السورية عن قلقها البالغ وأسفها العميق إزاء الأحداث الدامية التي يشهدها الجنوب، داعية جميع الأطراف إلى ضبط النفس وتغليب صوت العقل.
وأكدت الرئاسة السورية في بيان، بذلها جهوداً حثيثة لإيقاف الاقتتال وضبط الانتهاكات التي تهدد أمن المواطنين وسلامة المجتمع، مبينة أن الجهات المختصة تعمل على إرسال قوة متخصصة لفض الاشتباكات وحل النزاع ميدانياً، بالتوازي مع إجراءات سياسية وأمنية تهدف إلى تثبيت الاستقرار وضمان عودة الهدوء إلى المحافظة في أسرع وقت.
ودعت جميع السوريين من أهل الحكمة والمسؤولية إلى التكاتف من أجل تجاوز هذه المحنة ونبذ دعوات التصعيد، والعمل سوياً لحماية النسيج الاجتماعي المتنوع الذي ميّز البلاد عبر التاريخ.
The Syrian presidency expressed its deep concern and profound regret regarding the bloody events taking place in the south, calling on all parties to exercise restraint and prioritize reason.
The Syrian presidency confirmed in a statement its diligent efforts to stop the fighting and control the violations that threaten the safety of citizens and the integrity of society, indicating that the relevant authorities are working to send a specialized force to de-escalate the clashes and resolve the conflict on the ground, alongside political and security measures aimed at stabilizing the situation and ensuring the return of calm to the governorate as soon as possible.
It called on all Syrians of wisdom and responsibility to unite in order to overcome this ordeal, reject calls for escalation, and work together to protect the diverse social fabric that has characterized the country throughout history.
