فيما أعلن «مجلس القبائل والعشائر السورية» النفير العام والتوجه فوراً إلى السويداء لمواجهة من سماهم بـ«العصابات الخارجة على القانون»، نفى متحدث باسم وزارة الداخلية السورية اليوم (الجمعة) انتشار قواتها في مدينة السويداء لفض الاشتباكات بين الدروز والبدو.
وقال المتحدث باسم وزارة الداخلية السورية نور الدين البابا أن بعض الوكالات والقنوات الإعلامية تناقلت أخباراً غير دقيقة حول دخول قوى الأمن الداخلي إلى محافظة السويداء، مضيفاً:«نؤكد عدم صدور أي تصريح رسمي بهذا الخصوص، وننفي بشكل قاطع صحة ما نُشر، محمّلين الجهات الإعلامية مسؤولية نقل معلومات غير موثوقة».
وأشار البابا على أن قوات وزارة الداخلية في حالة جاهزية طبيعية، دون أي تحرك أو انتشار في المحافظة حتى اللحظة.
وتشهد السويداء اشتباكات متواصلة بين عشائر البدو ومجموعات خارجة عن القانون اعتدت على عدة مناطق وارتكبت مجازر وانتهاكات بحق المدنيين، وتسببت بتهجير قسري لهم.
في غضون ذلك، قال مجلس القبائل والعشائر السورية: «نُعلن النفير العام في صفوف القبائل والعشائر السورية لاسترداد الكرامة وتحرير الأسرى وعلى رأسهم النساء والشيوخ والأطفال، وإيقاف الإجرام ضد البدو والعشائر»، مضيفاً: «انطلاقاً من الواجب الأخلاقي والقبلي نطالب الحكومة السورية بعدم التدخل أو عرقلة تحرك المقاتلين الذين قدموا من خارج المنطقة فزعة ونصرة لإخوتهم من عشائر البدو».
وأشارت القبائل إلى أنها تمارس حقها المشروع في الدفاع عن المظلومين ورد العدوان عن النساء والأطفال والشيوخ، مبينة إن أي إجراء يُتخذ ضد هؤلاء المقاتلين يُعد انحيازاً صريحاً إلى مرتكبي الجرائم، ويُحمّل كُلّ من يقف وراءه مسؤولية أخلاقية وتاريخية عن استمرار المجازر.
ولفت البيان إلى أن العشائر السورية تقف صفاً واحداً خلف أبنائها المدافعين، وأيّ مساسٍ بهم سيواجه بموقفٍ موحد لا مهادنة فيه.
وذكرت وسائل إعلام إن عدد مقاتلي العشائر المشاركة في الهجوم يتجاوز 50 ألف مقاتل، وأن عشرات الآلاف ينتظر وصولهم فجر اليوم الجمعة قادمين من مناطق شرق سورية ومحافظة حلب وريفها، مبينة إن 41 قبيلة وعشيرة تشارك في المعارك.
The "Syrian Council of Tribes and Clans" announced a general mobilization and an immediate move to Suwayda to confront what they referred to as "lawless gangs." A spokesperson for the Syrian Ministry of Interior denied today (Friday) the deployment of its forces in the city of Suwayda to quell clashes between Druze and Bedouins.
The spokesperson for the Syrian Ministry of Interior, Nour al-Din al-Baba, stated that some agencies and media outlets circulated inaccurate news regarding the entry of internal security forces into Suwayda Governorate, adding: "We confirm that no official statement has been issued in this regard, and we categorically deny the accuracy of what has been published, holding the media responsible for transmitting unreliable information."
Al-Baba pointed out that the forces of the Ministry of Interior are in a state of normal readiness, with no movement or deployment in the governorate up to this moment.
Suwayda is witnessing ongoing clashes between Bedouin tribes and lawless groups that have attacked several areas and committed massacres and violations against civilians, leading to their forced displacement.
In the meantime, the Syrian Council of Tribes and Clans stated: "We announce a general mobilization among the Syrian tribes and clans to restore dignity and liberate the captives, especially women, the elderly, and children, and to stop the crimes against the Bedouins and tribes," adding: "Based on our moral and tribal duty, we demand that the Syrian government refrain from intervening or obstructing the movement of fighters who have come from outside the region to support their brothers from the Bedouin tribes."
The tribes indicated that they are exercising their legitimate right to defend the oppressed and repel aggression against women, children, and the elderly, stating that any action taken against these fighters is considered a clear bias towards the perpetrators of crimes, and holds everyone behind it morally and historically responsible for the continuation of the massacres.
The statement emphasized that the Syrian tribes stand united behind their defending sons, and any harm to them will be met with a unified stance with no compromise.
Media outlets reported that the number of tribal fighters participating in the attack exceeds 50,000, and that tens of thousands are expected to arrive early this Friday from eastern Syria and Aleppo Governorate and its countryside, noting that 41 tribes and clans are participating in the battles.
