السيسي: نثق في قدرة ترمب على حل المشكلات المُعقدة

Egypt appreciated the statements made by U.S. President Donald Trump during his meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in the Oval Office yesterday (Monday), in which he stated that the United States is working to resolve the issue of the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, affirming that his country will solve this problem very quickly.

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi said, via his page on the "X" platform today (Tuesday), "Egypt appreciates the statements of U.S. President Donald Trump, which demonstrate the seriousness of the United States under his leadership in making efforts to settle disputes and stop wars." He added: "Egypt reaffirms its confidence in President Trump's ability to solve complex problems and establish peace, stability, and security in various parts of the world, whether in Ukraine, the Palestinian territories, or Africa."

He reiterated Egypt's appreciation for President Trump's commitment to reaching a fair agreement that preserves everyone's interests regarding the Ethiopian dam, and his emphasis on what the Nile represents for Egypt as a source of life. El-Sisi pointed out Egypt's support for President Trump's vision in establishing just peace, security, and stability for all countries in the region and the world.
