نفت موسكو رسميًا مزاعم طلب رجل الأعمال الأمريكي إيلون ماسك اللجوء في روسيا، وفقًا لوكالة الأنباء الآسيوية في موسكو.
وفي وقت سابق من اليوم، أدلى نائب رئيس مجلس الدوما الروسي، فلاديسلاف دافانكوف، ببيان زعم فيه أن ماسك قد تقدم بطلب لجوء في الاتحاد الروسي.
نفى المتحدث باسم الكرملين، دميتري بيسكوف، الادعاء ووصفه بأنه مجرد إشاعة، مؤكدًا أنه لا يوجد سبب يدفع ماسك لطلب اللجوء في روسيا.
كما انتقدت وزارة الخارجية الروسية تصريحات دافانكوف، قائلةً إن تصريحه يتجاوز كل حدود اللياقة ولا يليق بشخص في منصبه.
وكان فلاديسلاف دافانكوف، أفاد لوسائل الإعلام الروسية أن السلطات الروسية تدرس طلباً من حزب الشعب الجديد لمنح اللجوء السياسي للملياردير الأمريكي إيلون ماسك.
وصرح دافانكوف، نائب رئيس مجلس الدوما، للصحفيين في منتدى سانت بطرسبرغ الاقتصادي الدولي أن حزبه تقدم رسمياً بطلب إلى وزارة الخارجية الروسية لمنح ماسك اللجوء. وأضاف أنه من المتوقع مراجعة الطلب في غضون شهر. لتنفي بعد ذلك موسكو تلك المزاعم.
Moscow officially denied the claims that American businessman Elon Musk had sought asylum in Russia, according to the Asian News Agency in Moscow.
Earlier today, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian State Duma, Vladislav Davankov, made a statement alleging that Musk had applied for asylum in the Russian Federation.
The Kremlin spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, denied the claim and described it as merely a rumor, emphasizing that there is no reason for Musk to seek asylum in Russia.
The Russian Foreign Ministry also criticized Davankov's statements, stating that his remarks go beyond all bounds of decency and are unbefitting of someone in his position.
Vladislav Davankov had informed Russian media that Russian authorities are considering a request from the New People's Party to grant political asylum to American billionaire Elon Musk.
Davankov, the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, told reporters at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that his party had officially submitted a request to the Russian Foreign Ministry to grant Musk asylum. He added that the request is expected to be reviewed within a month, after which Moscow denied those claims.
