شهد معرض باريس الجوي، أحد أبرز الأحداث العالمية في صناعة الطيران والفضاء، حدثاً صادماً صباح اليوم (الإثنين)، حيث تم إغلاق الجناح الإسرائيلي بشكل مفاجئ وتغطيته بستار أسود قبل ساعات من الافتتاح الرسمي للمعرض في لو بورجيه بفرنسا، بعد توجيهات منظمي المعرض، بإلزام الشركات الدفاعية الإسرائيلية المشاركة بإزالة الأسلحة الهجومية من أجنحتها.
ووفقاً لتقارير إعلامية إسرائيلية، أصدر منظمو المعرض، نيابة عن الحكومة الفرنسية، تعليمات قبل يوم واحد من انطلاق المعرض (16-22 يونيو 2025) بإزالة جميع «الأسلحة الهجومية» من العروض الإسرائيلية، حيث يتضمن الجناح الإسرائيلي مشاركة 9 شركات دفاعية بارزة، من بينها «رافائيل» و«إلبيت سيستمز» و«الصناعات الجوية الإسرائيلية»، التي كانت تستعد لعرض تقنيات عسكرية متقدمة. ومع رفض وزارة الدفاع الإسرائيلية الامتثال لهذا الطلب، نفذ المنظمون الإجراء بشكل أحادي في منتصف الليل، حيث أغلقوا الجناح بالكامل وغطوه بستار أسود، في خطوة وصفتها إسرائيل بـ«الفاضحة وغير المسبوقة».
وأدانت وزارة الدفاع الإسرائيلية، في بيان نقلته صحيفة «يديعوت أحرونوت»، القرار واعتبرته «مدفوعاً باعتبارات سياسية وتجارية»، متهمة فرنسا بمحاولة إضعاف المنافسة من خلال استهداف الأسلحة الإسرائيلية التي تنافس نظيراتها الفرنسية. وأشار البيان إلى أن الإجراء تم تنفيذه بعد أن أكملت الشركات الإسرائيلية تجهيز أجنحتها، ما أثار استياءً كبيراً في الأوساط الإسرائيلية.
يأتي هذا الحدث في سياق توترات متصاعدة بين فرنسا وإسرائيل، خصوصاً على خلفية الحرب في غزة والضغوط الدولية لوقف العمليات العسكرية الإسرائيلية، لاسيما بعد غارة رفح في مايو 2024 التي أثارت غضباً عالمياً، وسبق لفرنسا أن اتخذت إجراءات مماثلة، حيث منعت 74 شركة إسرائيلية من المشاركة في معرض «يوروساتوري» الدفاعي في يونيو 2024، ومنعت 7 شركات من عرض أسلحتها في معرض «يورونيفال» البحري في نوفمبر 2024، مبررة ذلك بـ«عدم توافر الشروط المناسبة» وسط الصراع في غزة.
وتزايدت الضغوط الشعبية والحقوقية في فرنسا لوقف التعاون العسكري مع إسرائيل، حيث نظمت منظمات مثل «قاطعوا تسليح إسرائيل» مظاهرات حاشدة ضد مشاركة الشركات الإسرائيلية في المعارض الدفاعية، كما أثارت تقارير، مثل تلك الصادرة عن شبكة «التقدمية العالمية» في يونيو الجاري، جدلاً حول استمرار فرنسا في تزويد إسرائيل بمكونات عسكرية، رغم نفي وزير الجيوش الفرنسي سيباستيان لوكورنو بيع أسلحة هجومية مباشرة.
ويعد معرض باريس الجوي، الأكبر عالمياً في قطاع الطيران، ويستقطب أكثر من 2400 عارض من 49 دولة، ويشهد حضور أكثر من 300 وفد رسمي. ومع ذلك، تظل مشاركة الشركات الإسرائيلية هذا العام معلقة بقرار قضائي من محكمة بوبينيه، ما يعكس الحساسيات السياسية المحيطة بالحدث.

According to Israeli media reports, the organizers of the exhibition, on behalf of the French government, issued instructions one day before the exhibition's launch (June 16-22, 2025) to remove all "offensive weapons" from Israeli displays, as the Israeli pavilion includes participation from 9 prominent defense companies, including "Rafael," "Elbit Systems," and "Israel Aerospace Industries," which were preparing to showcase advanced military technologies. With the Israeli Ministry of Defense refusing to comply with this request, the organizers unilaterally executed the action at midnight, completely closing the pavilion and covering it with a black curtain, a move described by Israel as "outrageous and unprecedented."
The Israeli Ministry of Defense condemned the decision in a statement reported by the newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth," considering it "driven by political and commercial considerations," accusing France of attempting to weaken competition by targeting Israeli weapons that compete with their French counterparts. The statement noted that the action was carried out after Israeli companies had completed setting up their pavilions, causing significant discontent within Israeli circles.
This event comes amid rising tensions between France and Israel, particularly in light of the war in Gaza and international pressures to halt Israeli military operations, especially following the Rafah raid in May 2024 that sparked global outrage. France had previously taken similar actions, banning 74 Israeli companies from participating in the "Eurosatory" defense exhibition in June 2024, and preventing 7 companies from showcasing their weapons at the "Euronaval" maritime exhibition in November 2024, justifying this by stating "the absence of suitable conditions" amid the conflict in Gaza.
Public and human rights pressures in France to halt military cooperation with Israel have increased, as organizations like "Boycott Israel's Arms" organized massive protests against the participation of Israeli companies in defense exhibitions. Reports, such as those issued by the "Global Progressive" network this June, have sparked debate over France's continued supply of military components to Israel, despite French Armed Forces Minister Sébastien Lecornu denying the sale of offensive weapons directly.
