انتهت المحادثات بين الوفدين الروسي والأوكراني في إسطنبول، اليوم(الإثنين)، من دون اتفاق. وقال المتحدث باسم الخارجية التركية أونجو كيسيلي، إن الاجتماع الذي استمر أكثر من ساعة لم ينته بشكل سلبي. وتحدثت مصادر عن اقتراح بعقد اجتماع بحلول نهاية شهر يونيو الجاري.
وكشف النائب الأول لوزير الخارجية الأوكراني سيرغي كيسليتسيا، أن روسيا رفضت عرض كييف بوقف غير مشروط لإطلاق النار خلال جولة المحادثات المباشرة في إسطنبول. وأفاد خلال مؤتمر صحفي أن الجانب الروسي واصل رفض مقترح وقف إطلاق النار غير المشروط.
فيما أعلن وزير الدفاع الأوكراني رستم أوميروف، أن الجانبين اتفقا على تبادل أسرى سيركز على تبادل المصابين بجروح خطيرة والأصغر سناً. وأكد أن رفات الجنود القتلى ستتم إعادتها أيضاً إلى البلاد في إطار عملية التبادل. ولفت إلى أن أوكرانيا تعتقد أن جميع القضايا الرئيسية في المحادثات مع روسيا لا يمكن حلها إلا على مستوى القادة، وتقترح عقد اجتماع بحلول نهاية يونيو لإحراز تقدم.
وبعد اختتام المفاوضات، أعلن الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي، أن كييف وموسكو تستعدان لعملية تبادل جديدة لأسرى الحرب. وقال خلال قمة في ليتوانيا إن الوفدين الأوكراني والروسي تبادلا وثائق عبر الجانب التركي، ونحن نستعد لتبادل جديد لأسرى الحرب. وأفصح رئيس الإدارة الرئاسية الأوكرانية أندري يرماك، أن المفاوضين الأوكرانيين سلموا مسؤولين روسا لائحة بأسماء أطفال تم ترحيلهم بشكل غير قانوني من جانب موسكو وطالبوا بإعادتهم.
The talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul concluded today (Monday) without an agreement. Meanwhile, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced that both sides agreed to exchange prisoners, focusing on the exchange of those with serious injuries and younger individuals. He confirmed that the remains of fallen soldiers would also be returned to the country as part of the exchange process. He noted that Ukraine believes that all major issues in talks with Russia can only be resolved at the leadership level and proposes to hold a meeting by the end of June to make progress.
After the negotiations concluded, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Kyiv and Moscow are preparing for a new prisoner exchange operation. He stated during a summit in Lithuania that the Ukrainian and Russian delegations exchanged documents through the Turkish side, and we are preparing for a new prisoner exchange. The head of the Ukrainian presidential administration, Andriy Yermak, revealed that the Ukrainian negotiators handed Russian officials a list of names of children who were illegally deported by Moscow and demanded their return.
