قُتل موظف في بلدية النبطية الفوقا في جنوب لبنان، اليوم (الخميس)، بغارة نفّذتها طائرة مسيّرة إسرائيلية. وبحسب «الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام» اللبنانية الرسمية، فإن الموظف قتل أثناء أداء عمله.
وأفادت الوكالة أن الموظف في بلدية النبطية الفوقا توجه إلى البئر الموجودة في حرش علي الطاهر لتحويل المياه إلى المنازل، لكن المسيّرة الإسرائيلية استهدفته على دراجته النارية بصاروخ، مما أدى إلى مقتله.وقال رئيس بلدية النبطية الفوقا المحامي زين علي غندور، في بيان: «مرة جديدة يمعن العدو الإسرائيلي بشكل صارخ، في خرق وقف إطلاق النار والقرار 1701 مستهدفاً بلدتنا وأحياءها، وهذه المرة كان الاستهداف لمنشأة مدنية تابعة للبلدية، حيث توجد البئر الارتوازية التي تغذي عدة أحياء بمياه الشفه، وذلك أثناء تواجد الموظف البلدي محمود حسن عطوي خلال دوامه الرسمي على البئر لتشغيلها وضخ المياه إلى المنازل والأحياء السكنية، ما أدى إلى مقتله في سبيل خدمة بلدته وأهلها وتوفير المياه لعائلات البلدة وسكانها»، معرباً عن استنكاره بأشد العبارات هذا الاعتداء السافر على المدنيين والمنشآت المدنية وعلى مؤسسة رسمية من مؤسسات الدولة اللبنانية ومنعها من أداء واجبها وتأمين الخدمات للناس والمدنيين.وطالب غندور كل المعنيين والمتابعين من جهات محلية ودولية بمتابعة الموضوع ووضع حد لهذه الخروقات المتكررة وغير المقبولة أبداً.وكان جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي قد زعم أنه استهدف عنصراً من حزب الله كان يقوم بإعادة تأهيل موقع يستخدمه الحزب لإدارة أجهزته النارية والدفاعية.وتأتي هذه الغارة بعد يومين من مقتل شخص في غارة إسرائيلية في بلدة ياطر، في حين قالت إسرائيل إنها استهدفت عنصراً في حزب الله.ولا يزال اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار سارياً بين حزب الله وإسرائيل منذ 27 نوفمبر الماضي.
An employee of the municipality of Nabatieh al-Fouqa in southern Lebanon was killed today (Thursday) in an airstrike carried out by an Israeli drone. According to the Lebanese National News Agency, the employee was killed while performing his duties.
The agency reported that the employee from the municipality of Nabatieh al-Fouqa went to the well located in Harsh Ali al-Taher to divert water to homes, but the Israeli drone targeted him on his motorcycle with a missile, resulting in his death. The head of the municipality of Nabatieh al-Fouqa, lawyer Zain Ali Ghandour, stated in a statement: “Once again, the Israeli enemy is brazenly violating the ceasefire and Resolution 1701, targeting our town and its neighborhoods. This time, the target was a civilian facility belonging to the municipality, where the artesian well that supplies several neighborhoods with drinking water is located, during the presence of municipal employee Mahmoud Hassan Atwi during his official duty at the well to operate it and pump water to homes and residential neighborhoods, which led to his death in the service of his town and its people and in providing water to the families of the town and its residents.” He expressed his strongest condemnation of this blatant aggression against civilians and civilian facilities and against a public institution of the Lebanese state, preventing it from fulfilling its duties and providing services to the people and civilians. Ghandour called on all concerned parties and observers from local and international entities to follow up on the matter and put an end to these repeated and completely unacceptable violations. The Israeli occupation army claimed that it targeted a member of Hezbollah who was rehabilitating a site used by the party to manage its artillery and defense systems. This airstrike comes two days after a person was killed in an Israeli strike in the town of Yater, while Israel stated that it targeted a member of Hezbollah. The ceasefire agreement between Hezbollah and Israel has been in effect since November 27.
