كشف برنامج الضمان الاجتماعي والتمكين في وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية ضوابط صرف المعاش للمستفيدين المقيمين داخل المملكة عند رغبتهم في السفر إلى خارجها.
وأوضح البرنامج أن صرف المعاش يستمر بشكل منتظم حتى في حال وجود المستفيد خارج المملكة، بشرط ألا تتجاوز مدة الغياب 3 أشهر خلال السنة الواحدة، سواء كانت هذه المدة متصلة أو متفرقة.
وأكد الضمان الاجتماعي والتمكين عبر حسابه الرسمي على منصة إكس أن هذا التنظيم يهدف إلى تحقيق التوازن بين تمكين المستفيد من تسيير شؤونه الخاصة خارج البلاد لفترات محدودة، وبين ضمان استمرارية الإقامة الدائمة داخل المملكة كشرط رئيسي للحصول على الدعم.
ويأتي هذا الإيضاح ضمن سلسلة من التعليمات والتوضيحات التي تصدرها الوزارة لتعزيز الشفافية، وضمان معرفة المستفيدين بحقوقهم والتزاماتهم في إطار برامج الحماية الاجتماعية.
The Social Security and Empowerment Program at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has revealed the regulations for disbursing pensions to beneficiaries residing within the Kingdom when they wish to travel abroad.
The program clarified that pension disbursement continues regularly even if the beneficiary is outside the Kingdom, provided that the absence does not exceed 3 months within a single year, whether this period is continuous or intermittent.
The Social Security and Empowerment program confirmed through its official account on the X platform that this regulation aims to achieve a balance between enabling the beneficiary to manage their personal affairs outside the country for limited periods and ensuring the continuity of permanent residency within the Kingdom as a primary condition for receiving support.
This clarification is part of a series of instructions and explanations issued by the ministry to enhance transparency and ensure that beneficiaries are aware of their rights and obligations within the framework of social protection programs.
