رصدت المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني، (589) مخالفة لأنظمة ولوائح التدريب الأهلي في عام 2024، وتمّ التعامل معها حسب الأنظمة المتبعة.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم المؤسسة فهد العتيبي، أن من أبرز المخالفات التي تمّ رصدها خلال العام الماضي الإخلال بشروط الإعلان عن البرامج التدريبية، وإصدار شهادات مخالفة للأنظمة، وعدم الالتزام بضوابط عقد الدورات التطويرية، وتأخر إجراءات تجديد الرخصة، والتعاون مع جهات أخرى دون موافقة مسبقة من المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني.
وأشار إلى أن بعض المنشآت تمت مخالفتها بسبب عدم الالتزام بالهيئة الإدارية والتدريبية المعتمدة من المؤسسة، والتلاعب بمسوغات التسجيل، وعدم الالتزام بشروط القبول والتسجيل، واستخدام مقر المنشأة لأغراض غير مرخصة.
وأضاف العتيبي، أن الفرق الإشرافية التابعة للإدارة العامة للتدريب الأهلي بالمؤسسة نفذت (222) زيارة إشرافية للمنشآت التدريبية الأهلية خلال العام الماضي، بهدف متابعة تطبيق تلك المنشآت للوائح وأنظمة التدريب الأهلي، وضمان تحقيق أعلى معايير جودة التدريب المقدمة للمتدربين والمتدربات.
وأكد المتحدث باسم المؤسسة، أن الإدارة العامة للتدريب الأهلي تمارس دورها الإشرافي على منشآت التدريب الأهلية، بهدف دعم وتطوير هذا القطاع، ومتابعة تطبيق المنشآت لمعايير الجودة في الخدمات المقدمة للمتدربين والمتدربات.

The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation recorded (589) violations of the private training regulations and laws in 2024, and these were addressed according to the applicable regulations.
The spokesperson for the corporation, Fahd Al-Otaibi, explained that some of the most notable violations observed during the past year included breaching the conditions for announcing training programs, issuing certificates that violate the regulations, failing to adhere to the rules for conducting development courses, delays in renewing licenses, and cooperating with other entities without prior approval from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.
He pointed out that some establishments were penalized for not complying with the administrative and training bodies approved by the corporation, manipulating registration documents, failing to meet admission and registration requirements, and using the establishment's premises for unlicensed purposes.
Al-Otaibi added that the supervisory teams from the General Administration of Private Training at the corporation conducted (222) supervisory visits to private training establishments during the past year, aiming to monitor these establishments' compliance with the private training regulations and laws, and to ensure the highest quality training standards for trainees.
