تطلق عند الواحدة ظهراً المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني اليوم (الإثنين) (3 نوفمبر 2025) صافرات الإنذار الثابتة في مناطق الرياض وتبوك ومكة المكرمة، بالتزامن مع اختبارات المنصة الوطنية للإنذار المبكر في جميع مناطق المملكة.
وتشمل التجربة تشغيل صافرات الإنذار في محافظات منطقة تبوك، إضافة إلى محافظتي جدة وثول بمنطقة مكة المكرمة ومحافظات الدرعية، والخرج، والدلم بمنطقة الرياض.
وذلك بهدف تعزيز الوعي المجتمعي ورفع جاهزية السكان للاستجابة للتنبيهات الرسمية عند حدوث الحالات الطارئة، والتأكد من كفاءة أنظمة الإنذار وقدرتها على تنبيه السكان.
وسيتم بث الرسائل التحذيرية عبر نغمة السلوك الجديد عند الساعة 1:00 ظهرًا، ثم نغمة الإنذار الوطني عند الساعة 1:10 ظهرًا، يلي ذلك تشغيل صافرات الإنذار الثابتة في المناطق المحددة عند الساعة 1:15 ظهرًا.
وتتضمن التجربة تنفيذ اختبارات في جميع مناطق المملكة على المنصة الوطنية للإنذار المبكر، وذلك عبر خدمة البث الخلوي بإرسال رسائل تحذيرية مصحوبة بنغمة صوتية مميزة إلى الهواتف المتنقلة، بالتزامن مع تشغيل صافرات الإنذار في المناطق المستهدفة.
وأكد الدفاع المدني مواعيد تجربة صافرات الإنذار عند1:00 ظهرًا: رسائل تحذيرية بنغمة السلوك الجديد.
و عند 1:10 ظهرًا: رسائل بنغمة الإنذار الوطني.
والأخيرة عند 1:15 ظهرًا: تشغيل صافرات الإنذار الثابتة.
اختبار المنصة الوطنية (جميع مناطق المملكة): إرسال رسائل تحذيرية مميزة عبر البث الخلوي.
وتدل معاني صافرات الإنذار الثلاث:
النغمة الأولى: قرب وقوع الخطر وهي نغمة ثابتة متقطعة تستمر لمدة 60 ثانية.
النغمة الثانية: وقوع الخطر وهي نغمة مموجة تستمر لمدة 60 ثانية.
النغمة الثالثة: زوال الخطر وهي نغمة مستمرة تستمر لمدة 60 ثانية.
At 1:00 PM today (Monday, November 3, 2025), the General Directorate of Civil Defense will activate the fixed warning sirens in the regions of Riyadh, Tabuk, and Mecca, coinciding with the tests of the National Early Warning Platform across all regions of the Kingdom.
The experiment includes the operation of warning sirens in the governorates of the Tabuk region, in addition to the governorates of Jeddah and Thuwal in the Mecca region, and the governorates of Diriyah, Al-Kharj, and Al-Dilam in the Riyadh region.
The aim is to enhance community awareness and increase the readiness of residents to respond to official alerts during emergencies, and to ensure the efficiency of the warning systems and their ability to alert the population.
Warning messages will be broadcasted using the new behavior tone at 1:00 PM, followed by the national alarm tone at 1:10 PM, and then the activation of the fixed warning sirens in the specified areas at 1:15 PM.
The experiment includes conducting tests in all regions of the Kingdom on the National Early Warning Platform, through the cellular broadcasting service by sending distinctive warning messages accompanied by a special sound tone to mobile phones, coinciding with the activation of the warning sirens in the targeted areas.
The Civil Defense confirmed the schedule for the siren tests at 1:00 PM: warning messages with the new behavior tone.
At 1:10 PM: messages with the national alarm tone.
And finally at 1:15 PM: activation of the fixed warning sirens.
Testing the National Platform (all regions of the Kingdom): sending distinctive warning messages via cellular broadcasting.
The meanings of the three warning sirens are as follows:
The first tone: imminent danger, which is a steady intermittent tone lasting for 60 seconds.
The second tone: danger has occurred, which is a wavy tone lasting for 60 seconds.
The third tone: danger has passed, which is a continuous tone lasting for 60 seconds.
