تنفذ المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني غداً (الإثنين) تجربة صافرات الإنذار الثابتة في محافظات (الدرعية والخرج والدلم) بمنطقة الرياض، ومحافظات منطقة تبوك، ومحافظتي (جدة وثول) بمنطقة مكة المكرمة؛ وذلك لتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي واستجابة السكان للتنبيهات الرسمية للتعامل مع الحالات الطارئة.
وتهدف التجربة إلى التأكّد من كفاءة أنظمة الإنذار وجاهزيتها في تنبيه السكان عند حالات الطوارئ، وذلك ببث الرسائل التحذيرية عبر نغمة السلوك الجديد عند الساعة (1:00) مساءً، ونغمة الإنذار الوطني عند (1:10) مساءً، وفي الساعة (1:15) مساءً صافرات الإنذار الثابتة بالمناطق المحددة.
وتشمل التجربة تنفيذ اختبارات في جميع مناطق المملكة على المنصة الوطنية للإنذار المبكر في حالات الطوارئ عبر خدمة البث الخلوي من خلال إرسال رسائل تحذيرية إلى الهواتف المتنقلة مصحوبة بنغمة صوتية مميزة، وذلك بالتزامن مع تنفيذ تجربة صافرات الإنذار في المناطق المختارة.
ودعت المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني المواطنين والمقيمين إلى التأكد من تحديث أنظمة التشغيل في الهواتف المتنقلة، لضمان وصول إشعارات وتجربة الإنذار المزمع تنفيذها ضمن التجارب الدورية للمنصة الوطنية للإنذار المبكر في حالات الطوارئ.
وقالت المديرية إنه ستُجري تجربة على نظام التنبيهات في الهواتف المتنقلة بجميع مناطق المملكة، وذلك في تمام الساعة الواحدة من مساء يوم الإثنين القادم.
وأكدت أن نجاح التجربة يعتمد على تحديث أنظمة التشغيل للأجهزة المحمولة، لضمان تلقي الإشعارات بفعالية. مشيرة إلى أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار رفع جاهزية منظومة الإنذار وتعزيز الوقاية والسلامة العامة.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense will conduct a test of the fixed alarm sirens tomorrow (Monday) in the provinces of (Diriyah, Al-Kharj, and Al-Dilam) in the Riyadh region, as well as in the provinces of the Tabuk region and the provinces of (Jeddah and Thuwal) in the Makkah region; this is to enhance community awareness and residents' response to official alerts for dealing with emergency situations.
The aim of the experiment is to ensure the efficiency and readiness of the alarm systems in alerting residents during emergencies, by broadcasting warning messages through the new behavior tone at (1:00 PM), the national alarm tone at (1:10 PM), and at (1:15 PM) the fixed alarm sirens in the specified areas.
The experiment includes conducting tests in all regions of the Kingdom on the national early warning platform for emergencies through cellular broadcasting service by sending warning messages to mobile phones accompanied by a distinctive sound tone, coinciding with the implementation of the alarm siren test in the selected areas.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense has urged citizens and residents to ensure that their mobile operating systems are updated, to guarantee the receipt of notifications and the alarm experience planned to be implemented as part of the periodic tests for the national early warning platform for emergencies.
The Directorate stated that a test will be conducted on the notification system in mobile phones across all regions of the Kingdom, at exactly one o'clock in the afternoon on the upcoming Monday.
It confirmed that the success of the experiment depends on updating the operating systems of mobile devices to ensure effective receipt of notifications. It noted that this step comes as part of enhancing the readiness of the alarm system and promoting public safety and prevention.
