أظهرت قمة «GFEX 2025» العالمية للتميز في العلوم الطبية الشرعية 6 توصيات إستراتيجية في ختام أعمال نسختها الأولى التي عقدت برعاية وزير الصحة، وتنظيم مركز الخدمات الطبية الشرعية بوزارة الصحة في العاصمة الرياض، وذلك بالتزامن مع ملتقى الصحة العالمي، وسط حضور دولي واسع ومناقشات علمية مكثفة على مدار ثلاثة أيام.
ويأتي تنظيم القمة كمنصة نوعية لتبادل الخبرات والابتكارات في مجالات الطب الشرعي، والصيدلة والسموم، والتي تجمع تحت مظلتها المؤتمر السعودي الرابع للعلوم الطبية الشرعية SCFMS 2025، والمؤتمر الدولي السادس في علم السموم والصيدلة KSAPT 2025.
فيما وجه المدير العام التنفيذي لمركز الخدمات الطبية الشرعية بوزارة الصحة رئيس قمة GFEX 2025 الدكتور أحمد اليحيى في ختام أعمالها شكره وتقديره لوزير الصحة فهد بن عبدالرحمن الجلاجل، ومساعده للخدمات الصحية، والرئيس التنفيذي لمركز الخدمات الصحية المساندة، على دعمهم واهتمامهم بالقمة ومخرجاتها.
وبيٌن «اليحيى» أن النجاح الباهر الذي حققته يأتي بجهود فريق رأى الحلم واقعا، وعمل بكل جهد خلال عام مضى لتحقيق هذا الإنجاز، مثمنا لضيوف القمة من خارج المملكة حضورهم واستجابتهم للمشاركة في هذا الحدث الذي يعد الأول من نوعه في الشرق الأوسط، مؤكدا أن نجاح أعمال القمة سيجعل الهدف أكبر في السنوات القادمة.
وشملت توصيات القمة تعزيز التعاون ودعم الشراكة المستدامة بين مراكز الطب الشرعي ومؤسسات الرعاية الصحية والجهات الأمنية، وتحسين التدريب والتعليم من خلال برامج التطوير المهني المستمر والمتخصص لضمان أعلى معايير الكفاءة والممارسة، إضافة إلى التوصية بضرورة توحيد ممارسات العمل من خلال تبني وتطبيق معايير وبروتوكولات وطنية وإقليمية موحدة للجودة.
وتضمنت التوصيات أيضا دعم وتمويل الأبحاث والابتكار المتعددة التخصصات، خصوصا في مجالات التقنيات الناشئة مثل الأدلة الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي، وتطوير أنظمة التحقيق في الوفيات والتشريح لتقوية الممارسات القانونية والطبية، مع التأكيد على التمسك بالأخلاق وحقوق الإنسان لضمان الاحترام الكامل للكرامة الإنسانية وحماية حقوق الأفراد في جميع جوانب الممارسة الطبية الشرعية.
كما شهدت القمة إعلان نتائج مسابقات KSAAPT 2025 التي عكست روح التنافس والابتكار في مجالي الصيدلة والسموم، إذ حقق نادي التمريض المركز الأول في مسابقة «التوعية بمكافحة المنشطات»، بمشاركة نورة البلوي، شهـا الزوم، عمّار الشهراني، رياض الويمني، محمد طارق، وفيصل الحربي، بإشراف عبدالمجيد العنزي، فيما جاء في المركز الثاني عبدالعزيز الفهيقي ومشعل الزهراني من كلية البترجي الطبية بجدة، وحلّت آلاء جميل عبدو من جامعة الأردن في المركز الثالث.
وفي مسابقة الملصقات البحثية لفئة طلاب البكالوريوس والمتخصصين، فاز بالمركز الأول باحثو جامعة الفيصل: إبراهيم سلمان، رهف ياسين، أروى الحاج عيسى، غادة دهمان، نورة جندلي، حسام الحمد، وعمر أمير، عن بحث تناول «مقارنة الأسئلة التعليمية المنتجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي بتلك التي يعدّها الخبراء في فسيولوجيا القلب والأوعية»، فيما نال عبدالعزيز صبر وبتول الهاشم من جامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل المركز الثاني، ومريم مذكر من جامعة الكويت المركز الثالث.
كذلك في فئة أعضاء هيئة التدريس والاستشاريين وطلاب الدراسات العليا، حقق طارق ممدوح من جامعة القاهرة المركز الأول، تلاه رزان العواجي وعبدالعزيز الشمري من جامعة القصيم في المركز الثاني، بينما جاءت الدكتورة إيناس السيد من جامعة الجزيرة بالسودان في المركز الثالث.
يذكر أن القمة العالمية للتميز في علوم الطب الشرعي (GFEX 2025) شهدت حضورا علميا واسعا، بمشاركة أكثر من 20 دولة، إذ استعرضت خلال فترة انعقادها ما يزيد على 100 ورقة علمية تم تقديمها عبر 16 جلسة علمية، و104 ملصقات علمية، و12 ورشة عمل، إضافة إلى مشاركة 16 جهة حكومية في المعرض المصاحب.
The global summit "GFEX 2025" for excellence in forensic sciences presented 6 strategic recommendations at the conclusion of its first edition, which was held under the patronage of the Minister of Health and organized by the Forensic Medical Services Center at the Ministry of Health in the capital, Riyadh. This took place concurrently with the Global Health Forum, amidst a wide international attendance and intensive scientific discussions over three days.
The summit serves as a qualitative platform for exchanging experiences and innovations in the fields of forensic medicine, pharmacy, and toxicology, gathering under its umbrella the Fourth Saudi Conference for Forensic Medical Sciences SCFMS 2025 and the Sixth International Conference on Toxicology and Pharmacy KSAPT 2025.
At the conclusion of the summit, Dr. Ahmed Al-Yahya, the Executive Director of the Forensic Medical Services Center at the Ministry of Health and President of GFEX 2025, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Minister of Health Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Jalajel, his assistant for health services, and the CEO of the Supportive Health Services Center for their support and interest in the summit and its outcomes.
Al-Yahya indicated that the remarkable success achieved is due to the efforts of a team that turned the dream into reality and worked diligently over the past year to achieve this accomplishment, appreciating the presence of summit guests from outside the Kingdom and their willingness to participate in this event, which is the first of its kind in the Middle East. He emphasized that the success of the summit's activities will set a larger goal for the coming years.
The summit's recommendations included enhancing cooperation and supporting sustainable partnerships between forensic centers, healthcare institutions, and security agencies, improving training and education through continuous and specialized professional development programs to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and practice. Additionally, there was a recommendation to unify work practices by adopting and implementing unified national and regional quality standards and protocols.
The recommendations also included supporting and funding interdisciplinary research and innovation, particularly in emerging technologies such as digital evidence and artificial intelligence, and developing systems for investigating deaths and autopsies to strengthen legal and medical practices, while emphasizing adherence to ethics and human rights to ensure full respect for human dignity and protect individuals' rights in all aspects of forensic medical practice.
The summit also witnessed the announcement of the results of the KSAAPT 2025 competitions, which reflected the spirit of competition and innovation in the fields of pharmacy and toxicology. The Nursing Club won first place in the "Anti-Doping Awareness" competition, with participants Nora Al-Balwi, Shahd Al-Zum, Ammar Al-Shahrani, Riyad Al-Waimani, Mohammed Tariq, and Faisal Al-Harbi, supervised by Abdulmajid Al-Anzi. In second place were Abdulaziz Al-Faihi and Mishaal Al-Zahrani from Al-Batterjee Medical College in Jeddah, while Alaa Jamil Abdo from the University of Jordan secured third place.
In the research poster competition for undergraduate students and specialists, the first place was won by researchers from Al-Faisal University: Ibrahim Salman, Rahaf Yassin, Arwa Al-Haj Issa, Ghada Dahman, Nora Jandali, Hussam Al-Hamd, and Omar Amir, for their research on "Comparing AI-generated educational questions with those prepared by experts in cardiovascular physiology." Abdulaziz Sabir and Batool Al-Hashim from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University took second place, while Maryam Mukhtar from Kuwait University came in third.
In the category for faculty members, consultants, and graduate students, Tarek Mamdouh from Cairo University achieved first place, followed by Razan Al-Awaji and Abdulaziz Al-Shammari from Qassim University in second place, while Dr. Enas Al-Sayed from Al-Jazeera University in Sudan came in third.
It is worth noting that the Global Summit for Excellence in Forensic Sciences (GFEX 2025) witnessed extensive scientific attendance, with participation from over 20 countries, showcasing more than 100 scientific papers presented across 16 scientific sessions, 104 scientific posters, and 12 workshops, in addition to the participation of 16 government entities in the accompanying exhibition.
