برعاية وزير الداخلية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، تنطلق فعاليات مؤتمر «أبشر 2025» خلال يومي 18 و19 ديسمبر القادم في الرياض، بالشراكة مع أكاديمية طويق وعدد من كبرى الشركات العالمية في مجالات التقنية والتحوّل الرقمي.
ويأتي المؤتمر هذا العام بمفهوم جديد ونهج مبتكر، يجسّد ريادة المملكة في مجال الحكومة الرقمية، ويُبرز أحدث الابتكارات الوطنية في التحوّل الرقمي، بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 ويعزز مكانة المملكة العالمية في هذا المجال.
وسيشتمل المؤتمر على إطلاق عدد من المبادرات الرقمية الجديدة، إلى جانب معرض تقني يستعرض أحدث المنجزات والحلول المبتكرة، وأكثر من 30 جلسة حوارية وورشة عمل متخصصة في مجالات التقنية، والتحول الرقمي، والهوية الرقمية، والأمن والسلامة، وغيرها من المجالات ذات الصلة.
وتتضمن أجندة المؤتمر إطلاق مبادرة «أبشر طويق» في الأول من ديسمبر 2025؛ وتهدف إلى تمكين وتأهيل أكثر من 30 ألف مستفيد ومستفيدة في مختلف المناطق، لبناء كوادر وطنية مميّزة في مجالات التقنية والتحوّل الرقمي، وتشمل المبادرة هاكاثون أبشر طويق -الأول من نوعه- بجوائز تصل إلى مليون ريال، إلى جانب أكثر من 80 برنامجاً احترافياً بالشراكة مع كبرى الشركات العالمية بمشاركة نخبة من الخبراء والمتخصصين في المجال التقني، إضافة إلى تحدٍّ برمجي تنافسي عبر منصة أكاديمية طويق للتحديات.
وسيتم خلال المؤتمر استعراض منجزات المشاركين في أسبوع أبشر طويق وتكريم الفائزين في مختلف المسارات التقنية.
ويُعد مؤتمر «أبشر» في نسخته الأولى هذا العام منصة وطنية رائدة تعكس تطور منظومة وزارة الداخلية في مجال التقنية، وتبرز المنجزات الرقمية الوطنية، وتجمع تحت مظلتها المختصين والقيادات الحكومية وروّاد الأعمال لاستشراف مستقبل التحوّل الرقمي في المملكة.
Under the patronage of the Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the activities of the "Absher 2025" conference will kick off on December 18 and 19 in Riyadh, in partnership with the Tuwaiq Academy and several major global companies in the fields of technology and digital transformation.
This year's conference comes with a new concept and an innovative approach, embodying the Kingdom's leadership in the field of digital government, showcasing the latest national innovations in digital transformation, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 and enhancing the Kingdom's global position in this field.
The conference will include the launch of several new digital initiatives, in addition to a technology exhibition showcasing the latest achievements and innovative solutions, as well as more than 30 panel discussions and specialized workshops in the fields of technology, digital transformation, digital identity, security and safety, and other related areas.
The conference agenda includes the launch of the "Absher Tuwaiq" initiative on December 1, 2025; aiming to empower and qualify more than 30,000 beneficiaries in various regions, to build distinguished national cadres in the fields of technology and digital transformation. The initiative includes the first-of-its-kind Absher Tuwaiq hackathon, with prizes reaching up to one million riyals, in addition to more than 80 professional programs in partnership with major global companies, featuring a selection of experts and specialists in the technical field, as well as a competitive programming challenge through the Tuwaiq Academy challenge platform.
During the conference, the achievements of participants in the Absher Tuwaiq Week will be showcased, and winners in various technical tracks will be honored.
The "Absher" conference in its first edition this year is a leading national platform that reflects the development of the Ministry of Interior's system in the field of technology, highlights national digital achievements, and brings together specialists, government leaders, and entrepreneurs to envision the future of digital transformation in the Kingdom.
