أعربت وزارة الخارجية عن ترحيب المملكة العربية السعودية بإعلان حكومة الجمهورية العربية السورية عن اعترافها بجمهورية كوسوفا، وذلك خلال اللقاء الثلاثي المنعقد بين ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ورئيس الجمهورية العربية السورية أحمد الشرع، ورئيسة جمهورية كوسوفا فيوسا عثماني سادريو.
وقالت وزارة الخارجية: إن المملكة تتطلع لأن يسهم هذا الاعتراف في تعزيز التعاون الثنائي بين البلدين، بما يسهم في ازدهار البلدين وشعبيهما، مؤكدة حرص المملكة على تعزيز أطر التعاون الدولي بما يمكّن تعزيز السلام والازدهار لشعوب العالم أجمع.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's welcome to the announcement by the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic regarding its recognition of the Republic of Kosovo, during the trilateral meeting held between Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, President of the Syrian Arab Republic Ahmed al-Shara, and President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani Sadriu.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the Kingdom looks forward to this recognition contributing to the enhancement of bilateral cooperation between the two countries, which will contribute to the prosperity of both nations and their peoples, emphasizing the Kingdom's commitment to strengthening frameworks for international cooperation that enable the promotion of peace and prosperity for all the world's peoples.
