يشارك المركز الوطني للأرصاد في مؤتمر ومعرض الحج المقبل مستعرضاً أبرز أنشطته وخدماته المقدّمة خلال موسمي الحج والعمرة، ودوره المحوري في دعم خطط الجاهزية التشغيلية لضمان سلامة الحجاج والمعتمرين في مواجهة المتغيّرات الجوية والظواهر المناخية.
ويقدّم المركز خلال مشاركته عرضاً متكاملاً يتناول سيناريوهات المناخ المستقبلية لمواسم الحج، وآليات توظيف نتائج الدراسات المناخية في تحسين بيئة المشاعر المقدسة ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدّمة فيها، بما يسهم في تحقيق تجربة حج آمنة ومستدامة تتسق مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وتتضمّن المشاركة جلسة حوارية يقدّمها الرئيس التنفيذي للمركز الوطني للأرصاد الدكتور أيمن سالم غلام، إلى جانب ورش عمل متخصصة ومعرض تعريفي يُبرز جهود المركز وإنجازاته في مجال الأرصاد الجوية والمناخ، ودوره في دعم الجهات المعنية بخطط التشغيل عبر منظومة متقدّمة من الرصد والتحليل والإنذار المبكر، تسهم في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن وتيسير أدائهم لمناسكهم في بيئة آمنة ومستقرة.
The National Center of Meteorology is participating in the upcoming Hajj Conference and Exhibition, showcasing its key activities and services provided during the Hajj and Umrah seasons, and its pivotal role in supporting operational readiness plans to ensure the safety of pilgrims in the face of weather changes and climatic phenomena.
During its participation, the center will present a comprehensive presentation addressing future climate scenarios for Hajj seasons, and mechanisms for utilizing the results of climate studies to improve the environment of the holy sites and enhance the efficiency of the services provided there, contributing to achieving a safe and sustainable Hajj experience that aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The participation includes a panel discussion presented by the CEO of the National Center of Meteorology, Dr. Ayman Salem Ghalam, along with specialized workshops and an informational exhibition highlighting the center's efforts and achievements in the field of meteorology and climate, and its role in supporting relevant authorities with operational plans through an advanced system of monitoring, analysis, and early warning, which contributes to serving the guests of Allah and facilitating their performance of rituals in a safe and stable environment.
