اختتم فرع وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة بمنطقة عسير، ملتقى الإرشاد والتميّز الزراعي الذي أُقيم في أبها، بحضور نائب المدير العام المهندس علي بن سيف القحطاني، وعدد من المختصين والمستثمرين والمهتمين بالقطاع الزراعي في المنطقة. وقد نُفذ الإرشاد الزراعي في بعض المحافظات والمراكز الإدارية فى المنطقه على مدى 5 أيام، وشمل 14 ورشة ودورة تدريبية، استفاد منها ما يقارب 605 مستفيدين من المزارعين والمهتمين.
وركزت الفعاليات على الممارسات الزراعية السليمة لمحصول البن، والممارسات الجيدة لمحصول التين، ومحصول الرمان ومحصول العنب والاستزراع السمكي، إضافة إلى الاستفادة من المخلفات الزراعية فى عمليه التدوير كالأسمدة العضوية بما يعزز مفهوم الاستدامة الزراعية والاقتصاد الدائري.
وشهد الملتقى عرضاً لنتائج الورش والدروس المستفادة من الأسبوع الإرشادي، ومناقشة سبل تطوير برامج الإرشاد الزراعي ورفع كفاءة الأداء الميداني، بما يسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تنمية القطاع الزراعي وتحسين جودة الإنتاج.
The branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture in the Asir region concluded the Agricultural Guidance and Excellence Forum held in Abha, with the presence of the Deputy Director General, Engineer Ali bin Saif Al-Qahtani, along with a number of specialists, investors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector in the region. Agricultural guidance was implemented in some governorates and administrative centers in the region over a period of 5 days, including 14 workshops and training courses, benefiting approximately 605 participants from farmers and interested individuals.
The events focused on sound agricultural practices for coffee crops, good practices for fig crops, pomegranate crops, grape crops, and fish farming, in addition to utilizing agricultural waste in recycling processes such as organic fertilizers, which enhances the concept of agricultural sustainability and the circular economy.
The forum featured a presentation of the results of the workshops and lessons learned from the guidance week, as well as discussions on ways to develop agricultural guidance programs and improve field performance efficiency, contributing to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in developing the agricultural sector and improving production quality.
